What, Bieber and "Call Me Maybe"? Yeah. Carly Rae Jepsen was a relatively obscure singer up in Canada, but virtually unknown in the U.S., then Bieber "discovered" her, and the next thing you know, she became an overnight sensation all over the world because of "Call Me Maybe".
I really can't rank the Pixar movies from best to worst, I just can't, but what I CAN do is rate each and everyone one of them with the traditional four-star rating system:
TOY STORY ****
A BUG'S LIFE *
TOY STORY 2 ****
MONSTER'S, INC. ****
FINDING NEMO ****
THE INCREDIBLES ****

Just about every site, even sites like this one, will have questionable ad content from time to time... like some of those Snorg t-shirt ads that always feature women in really tight-fitting panties, modeling t-shirts.
I almost forgot, but M*A*S*H had three spin-offs, one of which was only mildly successful, the other two not so much.
- TRAPPER JOHN, MD: I think this actually came about while M*A*S*H itself was still running, but at any rate, it was basically about Trapper returning to his own practice in...
I wish my folks would seriously let me get lipo, or bypass, or something: I've tried so many different diets, exercise regimens, and special weight-loss products under the sun, and nothing has worked... surgery seems like the only option that guarantees results, but my folks won't let me.

I didn't have to do that, but that may or may not explain why studio manufactured DVD rips result in the picture being consumed by lime, magenta, and gray pixels (but again, DVD+RWs are no problem whatsoever).
Characters are essential to a movie, that's for sure, but it also helps to have a good, solid story as well; you can have the greatest characters in the world, but have an absolutely lousy story that even the characters themselves can't save.
Plus, depending on the project itself, there's also...
At one point during the early 90s (at least until 1992, the best I can tell), Nickelodeon had Sunday Night Muppets, which was pretty much a programming block dedicated to Muppet programs... I would know, that's where my recording of THE CHRISTMAS TOY came from, but likewise, I do believe that...
No, if I recall correctly, the Cunningham's were featured in an entry for LOVE, AMERICAN STYLE, which led to a spin-off; I'd have to look it up again, but I believe that's what happened.
Come to think of it, I think a number of shows from the 70s were actually spin-offs from LOVE, AMERICAN STYLE, considering it was an anthology series, I think a number of individual sketches/skits/inserts resulted in being adapted into their own series (again, HAPPY DAYS being one of them)... so...
