I would personally reccomend this person just stop doing what they’re doing, take a deep breath, and definitely consider seeking some help while also taking a break from social media and focusing on their own life. At the same time though, i’d also reccomend this person not isolate themselves...

This is a cheap but delicious dish i’ve made since college. With all the sodium it has, I obviously eat this in moderation. But anyway.... Rice (though last night I had to use orzo pasta) with soy sauce, hot sauce and blue cheese. Really fills you up.
