I don't see them replacing it with anything good if they cancelled it anyway. Maybe another flat prefab boy band series, or a Nicktoon they'll rush to cancellation so they can replace that with another flat prefab boy band series.
Seriously... Catscratched was screwed. And they better not...
I'm thinking Count TV never happened. I think they produced a pilot, much like Munchin' Impossible and Elmo's Backyard. I guess they either didn't get enough funding to make more, possibly waiting for an international market to buy the series to fund it.
Still... there are genuinely good...
Yep. That's what I was going for. They show the occasional thing that isn't in HD, but it's becoming rarer and rarer that they do. We did see the Claymation Cavemen (Clavemen?) and that's not HD... but in the 5 episodes that aired thus far, that was also the only thing that wasn't HD/WS...
I know... and would you believe there's an entire portion of AT internet fans that antagonize Finn and Jake for wanting to get those body parts back? It's a horrifying and depressing episode. These AT writers must love watching The Twilight Zone.
(Slams head on desk)
ALL the cartoons, Saban! Get the rights to ALL the cartoons back! We want a complete version of The Tick on DVD. I'd rather the whole classic Saban library than just Digimon.
Sometimes it's directly and sometimes it's indirectly (fear of letters), sometimes it's a self imposed pre-emptive strike, sometimes it's the off hand that they'll buy more toys. They do care who watches the shows, but they could care less who buys the toys. Even if Sid from Toy Story type...
It drives me extremely nuts because the female role models in boys shows are better than some of the ones they have in actual Girl's shows. But some of those positive female role models happen organically in a super hero show when there's female characters in the team to begin with. Storm...
Kids young enough won't notice a difference, and kids that are old enough to want it back are basically on the verge of being off the demographic anyway. They replaced an Elmo segment with an Elmo segment, I don't see why kids should be upset (unless they know they lost a whole 4 minutes of...
You don't add a girl Ninja Turtle for the fact that you don't add a fourth Stooge (recasts for Curly and Shemp don't count... I mean, 4 at once). Venus was the Yoko Ono of the TMNT set, and not even the TMNT creators were happy about her. But the network insisted they needed a positive female...
The Next Mutation suits were much better than these (even though they're inferior rubber suits to the film ones). But The Christmas special and Next Mutation are bad on different levels. The low budget and ugly look of the Christmas special is part of why it's terrible, no question. The real...
It's that medicine wagon stuff that bothers me. Elmo's World was partially because research said that kids got bored watching an hour long show 15 minutes from the end for some reason and because the Elmo toy craze hit just before that. Baby Einstein and Your Baby Can Read was made to sucker...
I did the brave thing and suffered through it to make a Youtube Poop. It was painful! And to edit a video like that means I had to watch scenes OVER and over.
I sort of like Camp Lazlo. I've sit through it willingly numerous times. If you don't realize this is the same creator of Rocko's Modern Life, you're fine. But if you go into the show thinking "this is from the same crazy guy that gave us one of the wackiest, greatest, and kinda underratedest...
Yeah... it took Inspector Gadget into the 90's to get one. And about 8 years after the show ended. Too bad they didn't get a better animation studio. But then again, The Smurfs got 2.
The consensus is, the first half of the film would have been a love letter to fans, but the second half...
On the subject of fan couple pairings... I just don't care. I'm more shocked that Alpha and Omega (that stupid movie with the wolves) has a fan base. And for obvious reasons.
Actually, Pizza Power is the only song I really liked. The others were ehhh....
I saw the Christmas special. Don't watch the Christmas special. I keep reading how everyone thinks such and such killed their childhood (the most overused phrase on the net), but that pretty much did for me. And...
Gym Partner should have been buried when it was canceled. It's the single worst cartoon CN ever made, and I'm unapologetic about that. It's 30 minutes of Monkey Butt jokes, flat cliches, and stylistically it's nothing to write home about. That line up of that, Camp Lazlo (completely...
