You sly devil, you! :D
But no, being nice to people pays off in so many ways, you're right. I think growing up with Muppets has had much influence in that.

Absolutely. Our fan base is way too small to start crap like that. Besides, I like the fact that MC and TP are so different. If they were practically "sister sites", I would be aching for some different approaches and viewpoints.

Although I think the Muppets are certainly struggling right now (more than they would if Jim were still living), I agree that the Muppets may have seen a slight decline in the 90's no matter what.
Jim's passing certainly didn't help, but I agree with the others: the public may have been tired...
I think they may just recycle the Anything Muppets or Whatnots, or maybe even a major character every once in a while. My understanding is, the major characters are either retired or travel for exhibits.
I may be wrong, but I think that's what happens.

Probably the 30 years special....
But they were all pretty good, especially the Time & Again.
I'm so glad I got that on tape when it aired! Woohoo!!

I agree with your article, Phil....
Traditional look, but it doesn't do much ;)
Photos from the actual show would've been great. Like that big photo of all the Muppets on stage in the Muppet Theatre, or something.
Oh, well, as long as it's original music, I'm as sound as a pound!
-...
I'm not sure, but I think someone tried to make a complete list (Ryan, maybe?), but I remember one that was very obvious:
The Muppets Go Hollywood, and Piggy's dancing with 2 or 3 ladies on one scene, and Frank Oz is visible from almost the chest/neck up.
