DVD releases you would like to see

I'd like WB to finish what it started, and given the remaining seasons of its classic Cartoon Network series, as well as season sets of series they've yet to release, such as COW AND CHICKEN. Likewise, I'd like MGM to release the remaining seasons of GREEN ACRES they never released...

    Questions about anything

No, it's an feature that's only available to partner channels. And it's really irritating too, in the beginning years of YT, there was always fixed positions for the pre-generated thumbnails of standard channels: the 1/4 mark, the halfway mark, and the 3/4 mark, rather than just randomizing the...

JHC a former shell of its former self now adays?

But they ended up owning all of the copyrights and trademark rights to titles that were produced under their partnership, not Jim. Caroll even said Jim jumped on buying back the rights to TMS, TMM, GMC, and what have you when Lord Grade went bankrupt. Henson doesn't necessarily need a business...

Seriously Movie Industry, WHAT THE FROG?!!

I was listening to the radio, when I heard this little blurb about the future of the moviegoing experience: Apparently starting soon, if you want to go see a successful, blockbuster epic in theaters, you're going to be charged FIFTY BUCKS A TICKET. Why? Apparently actors like Robert Downey...

    Questions about anything

Unforunately no: Google OWNS YouTube, and they're trying to sync accounts all into one service, so if you want a YT channel, you HAVE to get a Google account to sync it to.

Now what's going on with YouTube?

Today, I was reminded of another reason why I hate the current homepage layout: no notifications for comments. You still receive them for PMs sent to your inbox, and then when you go to read that, you have a TON of unread comments in your inbox because you never even knew about them.

    Any Bronies on here?

Isn't having a movie where they humanize the Ponies going a bit too far?

JHC a former shell of its former self now adays?

With you being the resident SST expert, I'm surprised you're not aware of this, but yes, JHC (or, in this case, whatever the company was at any given time - Muppets Inc, Jim Henson Productions, et al.) did indeed own the SST Muppets. Remember, Jim was reluctant about merchandising them, because...

Can we do something about posting for posts sake?

I've basically just had to put all of these people on my ignore list, which I'm not happy about doing, because this is MC, we should be able to tolerate everybody here, but unfortunately, there are some cases where that's hard to do, and it's sad that it's come to a point where I actually HAVE...

The... -wait fer it-... "What made you laugh today?" Thread

Not so much ha-ha laugh, but more like bemusement, but last night I was at CiCi's, and I mean to tell you, the people working the buffet were like extra b!tchy with all the customers. For instance, at one moment, my mom asked if they had any spinach pizza cooking. MOM: Do you have any spinach...

There's a fly in my soup!

CUSTOMER: Waiter! There's a fly in my soup! FLY: Waiter! There's a human in my jacuzzi!

Can we do something about posting for posts sake?

Nothing wrong with muffining, but like anything else, it needs to be kept in moderation: if a bunch of different threads start getting muffined in a short amount of time (and in some cases, by the same members), then it becomes a problem, it becomes overkill.

The complete and utter futility of being a fan of anything...

Hahaha, I didn't remember that one, but wow, that was so ahead of its time - that looks more like today than the 90s.

Now what's going on with YouTube?

I STILL don't have ANY loading issues. At all. One minor quibble I have been having lately, I've noticed, it that on occasion, if I keep the timeline expanded over the video (say if that's where my cursor rests), the video playback will start to lag a bit (like a poor signal on a digital...

Can we do something about posting for posts sake?

Actually, yes, thank you Mo, that IS a problem, it didn't even occur to me until you pointed out, yes, it does seem like in some of these cases, MC is being treated more like a chat room than a forum (do people even still use chat rooms anymore?); and you're also right, when this kind of thing...

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

My point was sometimes indie people CAN produce a product of quality, they're a prime example of that.
