Somehow, I'm pretty happy Life of PiRsquared is doing so poorly. Seems very self indulgent. Wish Ralph and Rise of the Guardians were doing better, Twilight's Twilight, and James Bond's a strong brand.
Anyway, I can't wait for the 3-D rerelease of Monsters Inc. I thought that was supposed...
I don't know if that's exactly the case. I never really followed Ape (I miss out on Penguins of Madagascar), so I don't know if they introduce things on FCBD or they use it to promote a line that's just out (Like Boom typically does). Ape doesn't submit previews to Comicbookresources or...
That's what bugs me about knowing these things in advance. Everyone expects to see someone who's got a cameo to be in the entire episode, when it could be something as quick as a Family Guy-esque cut scene. I once sat through an entire episode of Glee because they advertised a Chewbacca cameo...
The thing about special features for these older movies is that they have to still exist. Most of the time, these things just get thrown out because no one would ever bother to see them. I hope that Henson/Disney/whoever has a huge stockpile of old footage to use. I'm sure they can put the...
I dunno about you, but I'd love to see John Cleese in the film again. And they really should try to get Charles Grodin to do a cameo as Nicky Holiday like they wanted for the last movie.
I'm almost more excited about that. If nothing else, it means Disney's playing nice with Zemeckis and Spielberg and Amblin. There's talks of the sequel's script being worked on as we speak. Hopefully this means the rise of some more merchandising or something.
Still, it would be nice to have...
Details finally emerged about the Mr. Peabody Movie.
I'm not exactly loving Sherman's redesign, but Peabody looks solid. Why do they always have to give these things real eyes? The story sounds pretty decent (Sherman losing someone in history and screwing things up). Personally, it's the...
Eric and Steve have been doing as good a job. They wouldn't be better as one team or another because they're the same people. The real problem was the Steve and Frank dynamic. They were both in top form, but there was some stumbling block of chemistry.
But that's not why I put that point...
Toei is Japanese, yes. I figure they did the animation, as the production company was Marvel, and they had a deal with Toei at the time. After all, they animated Transformers and G.I. Joe. Weren't they also Marvel productions. It goes back further than that. Toei had a live action Japanese...
Like I said, Nerds=someone with glasses, 1980's cartoons needed nerds (even though they had Bunsen Honeydew). In fact, I've come to a realization. That's why Skeeter was created instead of using Janice. 1980's cartoons also needed an athlete. But then gain, Scooter seems pretty eager in the...
I'd say it's the opposite. Looks like they put Grover and the chicken on some sort of platform on level with Big Bird so they'd be perfectly framed for the video presentation. If they taped it normally, Grover would be too low, and we'd only see him from the neck up, of anything. It wouldn't...
This looks official, but I can't really trust the fact that there's no date. Yet the footage does look genuinely high definition.
I hope this doesn't play movie promotion chicken like everything else does. " We're going to release it closer to the movie, but then we aren't because that somehow...
Elmo's popularity was starting to show just before the Tickle Doll. But that can be attributed to the recent decision to drop the Around the Corner setting and most of the characters, the age group demographic starting to swing towards Elmo's 3 1/2 year old age, and the lack of certain...
Most Muppets had their own segments. Difference is they weren't that long, nor did most of them last that long. We tend to forget, Letter of the Day was Cookie Monster exclusive, and Number of the Day was The Count's segment when they first did them as segments. Let's not forger Journey to...
Considering how Hit screws things up, I'd almost love that. Ken's own company would probably do it. Or I could see NCircle. Then it would get a 5 dollar price tag. Very fitting.
I wouldn't raise my kid to be that selfish, spoiled, and manipulative. Petulant kids behave better than him.
Not to mention Oldage Mutant Nitwit Turtle Mitch McConnel.
On that subject, my rant can be summed up in 4 words...
John Boener is a ******.
4 more words... John Boener is a Moai Head looking super ******. That is all.
No. Because they want the film to make money. NC-17 films cannot receive any marketing of any kind, and no theaters actually show them. They might as well make another Oogieloves movie. That's how much money an NC-17 film makes. Nothing. Fritz the Cat, maybe. Midnight Cowboy, I guess did...
