I was thinking...do you think it would be easier to attach the mouthplate to the fleece before attaching it to the foam? So that i first put the fleece on the mouth then the mouth inside the foam, and then pull...
I am looking for jpegs or gifs where you can see the muppets, and the puppeteers like this one where you can see the muppet's sizes in proportion to the muppeteers.

We don't have a china town in Malmö, sweden. However lot's of stores with all sorts of junk so i'll go look there too :)

Anyway, i was thinking...i had a hard time finding good coloured ostrichfeathers, but then i got an idea :excited:
How about using ostrich-boas? They come in many...
You can use any material you like. Some use cardboard. Some use gasket rubber.
Just make them the shape you want, upper and lower. Then you hinge them with Duct tape, or gaffertape. Apply whatever material you want inside the mouth, i use felt.
Then you may want to make some sort of...
Tanners will hardly show. You really don't need alot of it. So paint will cover most of it.
I guess you can find it online. search google for "tanners bond contact cement"
