Warrick, you can get full pingpongballs with eyelids too! just cut them in half, put some antron on the full half and glue them together, put an eyeliner and the pupil. It will look great, and not showing any cutmarks or seams. This should work great with...
I can't buy RIT in sweden, i emailed them but they didn't know how i should purchase it...otherwise i would have used their recepies, which is really awesome.
Does the fleece go:
^
v this way...
...or....
<-> this way across the puppet head?
Anyone?
my guess is that the strech goes sideways across the head and the neck stretches upwards...
Ah! Great.
I wish i could get affordable gasket rubber...hey wait i have a friend in the auto-bissniss...i'll ask him.

Thanks, man :) Many people say the same thing, but i think i could do it better, hehe. The mouth is too wide, and it's made with non-stretchable felt. But it was a good try hehe...
It's really nicely done, but then elmo is probably one of the easier puppets to make.
As for the nose, look at the shape of it, make 2 pieces like that and sew it down the middle, stuff it with stuffing. That's how i did the nose for my beaker

I have a screenplay of a 3:d movie here: ftp://star:wars@zimbah.myftp.biz/Starwars3.doc
I don't know if it's the same as yours, because i have read none of them yet :) Just thought i'd share this one, as long as you are opening this topic :)

This is exellent! It's great that you said that the edges of the wedges has to be perfectly strait. I had been planning on making the edges a bit rounded, but now that you say this i can imagin what it would look like, hehe.
Waiting for the rest of the guide :)
