So I just want to say I didn’t really know what to expect with the batch of episodes we were going to receive.... but I was certainly blown away! I was especially happy to see we got 2033 as I was mainly curious to see the original airing of “Wet Paint” (I had that saved for WGBH before I had to...
Am I the only one who finds myself pretty bored when it comes to eating kraft velveta shells and cheese?
Flavor wise it’s got a decent processed cheese flavor and a nice creamy texture, but by the time I get halfway through, I just find myself bored from eating it with just the literal two...
Thank you, Fuzzy! I was stressed with a lot of stuff going on (I explained on the I won’t be posting anymore thread), but my mind’s in a better area than it was the past months this year.
That was me (you probably saw that comment on an upload of “Mountain of Love”).
The only songs that had all four performers were “Sad,” “Four” and (I think) “Body Rythyms” (ignoring the fact that Cerf only did the voice for the customer and Moss was absent until season 14; I still think he did...
Late reply, but having the episodes online for public viewing is unfortunately a no-go; lots of rights negotiations with different estates will have to be involved (music, celebs, animators etc) which costs way too much money. Also, knowing this fanbase, people are gonna take complete advantage...
My honest opinion is this forum just kind of feels like it’s past its expiration date, like it’s just been around for so long that no one bothers updating it or letting in new members.
And it doesn’t exactly help that it just feels empty when there’s no muppet productions being shown on TV. 🤷🏿♂️
To me, range doesn’t matter as long as you can make the character enjoyable and your voice fits.
Other actors out there like Steve Blum, Cree Summer, Maurice Lamarche and Jeff Bennett have pretty limited ranges, but all great actors none the less.
Am I the only one who’s just scared for our future the closer we get to this election?
Like, my anxiety has been much worse than it was last election (when I stupidly thought Hillary would be the lesser evil than Trump).
Kid, I have the privilege of being able to view them at WGBH and almost had that opportunity last March but had to cancel cause of covid, and still can’t go there cause of these anti mask ***holes contributing to this virus, but you don’t see me complaining. 🤷🏿♂️
I’m sorry to bring up such an old post, but as a big fan of old school Thomas (84-03), going to have to respectfully disagree with you there on it being a show only preschoolers can enjoy. The Britt Alcroft/Gullaine Entertainment era with the show had something everyone could enjoy, whether it...
So at the age of 27, going on 28 in two months, I’ve pretty much come out of my comfort zone when it comes to how people feel about me watching the show. In the end, it has a sense of humor everyone can enjoy, and it even has lessons taught in the show that even adult folks would need to watch...
It’s possible Don could have been intended to be a one-note character given that he only appeared in one segment in season 6, and his studio was the stock set often used as Kermit’s home. But who knows.
