Actually, Randy was the one being really mean last night, Simon hardly said a word. It was weird. Then they brought Jewel on as well and there was no reason for her to be there, she really just looked bored through most of it. Oh well, like I said, I usually can take it or leave it, but had...
All right, I've got to put this out here because I'm sure someone on this forum besides me watched this last night. Normally, I don't really care all that much anymore about American Idol, but they started off in my state last night so I had to see if anyone I knew showed up. They didn't but...
Oh Kermit....like Ed I had a feeling this was coming. It's one step forward and two steps back isn't it? But at least he has his friends, he's going to get through this. More when you have the chance please.
It's COLD!!!!! It was seven degrees below zero when I left for work this morning, I think it's a little warmer than that now, but not by much! We also got a snowstorm yesterday so we've got some fresh snow to play with too.
*Cookie Monster walks into the room as Red is doing some situps*
Cookie: Red? What you doing?
Red: Situps and stretches. I have to get in shape for the swim season!
Cookie: Oh! You going to dive again? You real good at that.
Red: Sure am! I love diving as much as you love cookies...
I watched the Globes last night since I was laying on the couch not feeling great and I was happy with most of the awards, I agree Happy Feet should have won instead of Cars. Who doesn't love penguins? I was so thrilled for America Ferrara, I have only recently gotten into Ugly Betty and it's...
Rosewood was a wonderful member, I had a couple of nice chats about Sesame Street with her and she was going to send me some classic clips on DVD and I had just mailed her the DVD's when she suddenly died. It really affected me and reminded me how fragile life is. Bryan's right, she would be...
Heh heh, I would just like to say how amused I am right now! **** at my office and I probably shouldn't be!
Dred, Red with dredlocks, I can picture it now!
That's a good idea Barry, especially because it'll help them attract an audience if they keep up with the times, as long as they stay somewhat true to their roots along the way! And your Rowlf icon there reminded me that I hope we see some Rowlf in the new show.
Actually, I'm quite excited about the concept of the mocumentary, I love the Christopher Guest movies that are mocumentaries so I think it will be kind of a fun angle to use. And sure, the Muppets splitting up may have been done before, but honestly, it's been so long since there's been...
I've only been to Disney World but I have ALOT of favorites. Here they are according to park:
Magic Kingdom - Pirates of the Caribbean, the Buzz Lightyear ride, Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, Thunder Mountain Railroad
Epcot - Test Track, Spaceship Earth, and I love walking around the little...
Yep, it's safe to say you've left the ushy gushy closet. The closet is so far from where you are now that there just isn't a closet. Yeah, I'm making sense. Anyway, just wanted to say I love all the ushy gushy goodness! Kermit is one heck of a romancer, that's for sure! Great two chapters...
Beth: Hey Cookie, did you sleep good last night
Cookie: Yeah, me sure did. Me dreamed there were lots of macaroons and me had to eat them all to get out of the room
Beth: Sounds yummy
Cookie: It was. Me wish me had macaroons right now
Beth: We could probably find you some type of cookie...
Well, Sesame Street doesn't exactly film year round so maybe Kevin would be able to make it work. I think Clifford's become enough of a part of the Muppets now that I couldn't see him not being part of things. Who knows, just have to see what happens as this goes forward.
Great thread idea!
I had a ton of Sesame Street Books growing up, many of them I still have. I had:
Ernie's Big Mess
Grover Goes to School
Bert and the Missing Mop Mix Up
My Doll is Lost
Ernie Gets Lost
Grover and the Everything in the Whole Wide World Museum
Sesame Street Visit to...
