Sounds like a cool idea. If one were to make such a book, it would be invaluable to obtain a copy of Karen Prell's Encyclopedia Fragglia, the show's bible. Looking through those very rare annuals produced during the show's run would certainly help too.

Hopefully yes, it'll be among the final season bonus features somehow. It wasn't mentioned specifically in the press release for the complete series set, so that doesn't look good. But that doesn't mean it won't be included, neccessarily.
