Yeah, it's amazing how vague I was in that post, i even surprise myself sometimes - short answer was aside from a bunch of rumors I have no clue but they say it'll be good.

That's what i'd put my money on with this. The rumor as it was written on AICN seems a bit sexed up to make it more dramatic and immediate. I wonder if maybe it's just another idea in development that's been pitched and leaked out (there does seem to be something behind it all). Of course...

I just wouldn't get too deep into it - the rumor seems all messed up - as i said, it's NOT one of the two TV movies ideas that were rumored, yet it suggests Vancouver (same as VMC) and people here would have usually heard at least a whisper. You can never say never, it's possible i guess, but...

I'm as much in the dark, though it isn't one of the two movies i was aware of for TV, but then Vancouver does suggest it's a TV movie or Direct To Video so all bets are off if it's true really. There were rumors something was about to happen and it could go either way so maybe things worked...

It doesn't come with a Kermit puppet now, that was decided against.

From what i understand (no guarantee this info is correct) another Muppetfest is remotely possible but it maybe more than one year away, and a TV movie is more likely to be announced in the near future rather than a new TV series but we should hopefully see something like that in the longterm...

Yeah thats not bad at all - let's hope they follow through with their wallets. Come to think of it, if that's the reaction for this series the S5 sales must be pretty good.

Have you ever considered doing a local TV commercial ? All you'd need to do is dress someone up in a cow suit wearing a pair of boxing gloves and have them shadow boxing in the background. You play 'Uncle Duke' and kinda chuck lots of boxes of toys around, showing them to camera and telling...
