I may be a know nothing fraggle fan but didn't the first DC take more than ten years to make from idea to movie? I think to make a truly good movie that stands the test of time being made slowly would actually be a good sign in this movies case not a bad one. After all, most movies don't need...

And most tv shows don't have an ending at all...but you know, with an ending as good as FRs is it does seem a shame they would miss it. It's like saying a good tv story should or could end a certain way but not having anything to use as an example for the younger generations :(

It's good to know you like them :). You'll find that many of use are twenty-something to, I like to call us the fraggle generation (since Fraggle Rock is the same age as me, and many of the movies, like Labyrinth and Dark Crystal, share our twenty-something age group (^.^ )

I never got the feeling that the muppets were looked down upon...I guess it must depend on where you live. My town is mostly older people...
