There is a very detailed way of getting them every time by chaining (aka fighting the same pokemon over and over) 20+ pokemon with the pokemon radar in D/P but I have never learned how yet:p...

I started being a pokemon fan when it first came out in the US when I was sixteen :). I have a game from every generation, and I watch the anime and the movies :). I just wrote a big long rant on my blog lately, and I have been a member of one pokemon forum for seven years now :3

Oh, they are...but sometimes they just don't do anything anyway. I've had places I've returned things to by mail not only take the what ever it was back and not say anything, but keep the money to :o
