Oh, here we go again, commenting on average, typical women, and calling them fat...
If it's speed, then I must confess I see no difference, but then again, once I got my current computer a couple of years ago, speed was no longer an issue for me.
I didn't think I was ever going to finish "Twists and Turns", but I finally did... boy, that was a doozy of a chapter.
I haven't seen LABYRINTH in years, but I've noticed one criticism the movie kept getting is something that kind of got me as well when I watched it; granted, the movie itself...
No more bah-humbugging for me this year!
Well, I don't quite exactly have a reason to celebrate Valentine's Day this year, but unlike the previous three Heart Days, this year, I really no longer have a reason not to celebrate.
:D
I know right? I usually hate pancakes, but when IHOP introduced red velvet pancakes, rest assured, I ate 'em! I was glad that, at one point, actually made them a permanent menu item, but it looks like they did away with them again... blah. Well, with it being Valentine's, maybe they'll bring it...
Anytime a restaurant adds some kind of red velvet premium to their menu (IHOP with their red velvet pancakes, Sonic with their red velvet sundaes), I have to sit back and laugh at all you non-southerns for not even knowing what red velvet is. :p
Gosh I love living down here... we got all kinds...
April is kind of like that for us, only it's very much a gamble: some years, it'll be incredibly wet and stormy throughout the month, then other years, not so much (May for us tends to be hot and sunny).
But I tell ya what, whereas you guys have to put up with extreme weather during the winter...
Yeah, we've also had some ridiculously low temperatures down here as well, which is highly unusual for us... typically, throughout winter down here, the lowest it will get during the day is the low 40s and maybe the mid 20s overnight, however this season, we've gotten as low as the teens during...
Snow isn't common down here in the south... even if the weather so much as forecasts the possibilities of flurries, people absolutely freak out and rush over to the stores and start stocking up on eggs, bread, and milk. I guess they see footage of what the north goes through on TV, so they have...
I can't believe it... I actually can't believe it... schools around here have been closed all throughout the month, not necessarily just because of the snow we had earlier this week (just about the only big snow we'vehad this season), but because, "The weather has been too cold."
Really? They...
The commercials you're thinking of were old Progresso commercials from 2000s... I guess that was their advertising gimmick back then as opposed to today's, "Ring-ring!" "Progresso!"
Anyway, in the Chip n Dale cartoon, "Two Chips and a Miss", was the song that Clarice performs an original song...
Okay, correction on my previous post; my friend told me she had actually gotten the response from SST back in December, it was only until now that she had the freetime to publically annouce the news about it. Either way, really happy for her just the same!
Other than that, I know everybody...
ADVENTURE TIME, not necessarily for the show itself, but its fanbase, which is mostly uneducated kids who automatically think every single fricken animated movie or series that came before it that feature two characters (particularly a human and animal companionship) going on adventures is...
I remember reading when she was first building up her career, producers tried to talk Lena Horne into passing herself off as Hispanic since she was light-skinned.
