Aw hail no... AWWWW HAIL NO!!!
My state is wanting to make DST permanent... as in, when we spring forward, never again will we fall back...
I am not going to stand for that! If they want to stop having to readjust the clocks twice a year, then don't make DST permanent, get rid of DST...
Well, to be more specific, kinda-sorta... mine is one of those holier-than-thou, uber-conservative, Republican states, so when word got out that there was going to be an episode of POSTCARDS FROM BUSTER that featured a girl with "two moms", all of the sudden, these fanatical religious and...
It only looks that way because from the camera's perspective, we always saw it at an angle, which did throw off the perspective... however, I'm sure if we were actually standing there in front of 123 or whatever, looking in that direction, we would see that it would look a lot more natural and...
We actually have this exact same thread for the SST Muppets' designs over the years.

This isn't even a passive aggressive pity party, I'm just trying to figure out just what exactly it was this workshop was intending to do, since it seems like what they said when they put out the open call, and what they were actually looking for in those chose to attend were pretty much two...
It's funny how it seems as if at almost every forum that caters to fans of certain entertainment franchises that are, for the most part, aimed at children, there always seems to be one weirdo at these forums who's usually fascinated or obsessed with all things macabre, gore, acid-trippy, and...
Jim surely must have done some directing on SST; if you look at some of these old home videos (The Best of Ernie and Bert, for example), you'll see his name listed under the directed by credits.
I just found out about this by accident when I was looking up something about the last two episodes of GREEN ACRES, both of which were Poorly Disguised Pilots.

This means Tom Lester (Eb) is the only one left.
Even though I'm not Jewish, sometimes I consider letting my hair grow out into a Jewfro... my hair kind of gettings big and "poofy" when I go without a haircut for a while, I kind of like it myself... kind of makes me look all the more eccentric, though I've just never let it get to the point...
No, he did... in fact, I believe he was sharing his too much information with just about everybody who happened to be in there while he was.
Let's just say... based on the information he was sharing, he must be extremely popular with the ladies.
Yes, I think you've hit the nail on the head with that one.
Of course, part of it too is that puppet building methods and techniques (and, well, puppet building in general) has surely advanced and evolved since those days. There's a new Gary Gnu puppet that's been making rounds in the last...
I ended up engaged in a rather interesting one-sided conversation with a nutjob in the men's room today that I can't repeat here on the forum because his subject isn't necessarily family-friendly.
I'm sorry... you needed research to tell you this?

Uh... this is a given... this wasn't something that needed to be "researched"... this is as ridiculous as that survey that London conducted that...
Actually, they didn't say that at all. At least, not that I can recall, and I believe I read over their instructions at least three times; I believe they said they were looking for puppeteers who were familiar with the Sesame style of puppetry and were looking to hone their on-camera...
In all honesty, I do not have high expectations for the new movie.
Megan Fox as April O'Neil? EWWWWW!!!
Will Arnett as Vernon Fenwick? Ehhhh... hmm...
Mickey from SEINFELD as Splinter?
