I agree with RavageFrackle for the most part, standing up - that Kermit looks like a very freaky poser Muppet. I think they've been a little more careful with the sitting down picture that Gelfing has, they've experimented with the pose to find the one that looks most "Kermitty" but it's still...

Wow, they're making some nice stuff. There is also another large snowglobe in the UK at the moment. It has Statler & Waldorf in their Theater box, above the globe, Miss Piggy and others inside the globe and i think it's the EM band at the bottom outside.
