the first 3 movies also use a wider range of characters from rowlf and scooter, to all the members of the electirc mayhem, lew zealand, the swedish chef, sweetums, etc. the newer ones don't have all of these characters saying stuff and they use only a handful of characters like mfs...

the only episode i saw rowlf show up in was in the garth brooks episode where he plays the piano while garth sings. rowlf actually mumbles a little bit. it was also in that episode where i also saw floyd playing a violen. i wish he said some stuff and interacted with kermit and the others...

on a side note, it seems that sean austin is interested in directing the upcoming fantastic four movie. however, given his small list, if any list of directing, studio exectutives will probably go for a much more experienced director. ryan
