Well you both did a great job with that. It was hilarious. It's funny when long lost Sesame Street character's are included in these show outlines.

That's interesting. I guess they did that because most children today probably wouldn't know who Olivia and David (Aliana Reed Hall; Northern Calloway) were. I guess once again Elmo hogs the spotlight. Lol.

Did they even give him a name? I remember reading the lyrics of his song in The Muppet Show Book. I think he's some kind of three-legged thing. You might want to check the character guide at kermitage.com.

Don't forget the one with Dom DeLouise where all those creatures kept coming out of those holes. It's hard to explain exactly what happened, but it was hilarious. There are also transcripts of a few Koozebian sketches in The Muppet Show book.

That was good. I've never seen that side of Scooter before, except he usually tells the guest star "2 minutes till curtain" at the beginning of the show before the opening theme. Other than that, I really enjoyed reading it.

I have to agree. I liked those "Gonzo is a whatever" jokes, especially the one in Veteran's Hospital:
Janice: To donate your body don't you have to be dead?
Gonzo: So what? I believe in re-incarnation.
Piggy: What would you come back as next time?
Gonzo: How should I...

I'm going with ALF too. He's one of my favorites, but I also like seeing him in those 10-10-220 commercials. Since his show is off the air and it isn't on in reruns. Seeing ALF anywhere is good.

I think the company wanted to retire Rowlf the Dog as a tribute to Jim Henson. (considering that was his signature character) He's still seen occasionally, but he doesn't say anything. I agree with you on Scooter, Janice and Dr. Teeth though. They should get some new performers for them.

Let's see, based on the ones I have on video I'll go with Racquel Welsh, Elton John, Gene Kelly, Dom DeLouise, Star Wars (sorry Gorgon), Jon Cleese, John Denver, Paul Simon and Harry Belafonte.

I see. What sort of puzzles me is I don't see Eric Jacobson's name at the Internet Movie Database. The only Frank Oz character that they give a new performer credit for is Cookie Monster (David Rudman). I know imdb.com makes a lot of mistakes, but still I think they should be aware of...

Yeah. I was sort of surprised to see her at the top of the Muppet Central homepage with the other Muppets. It looks like she's already getting popular.

I definately remember the Grover as a waiter sketches. It's too bad there's only one of them transcribed at the Sesame Street Lyrics Archive site. I'd still like to see something official that talks about Frank Oz's retirement. I mean, when Jim Henson died, most people knew about it...

Sorry, but I have to go with Kermit and Miss Piggy. I think they look good together. I especially like a lot of they're songs: (Ex: "Couldn't We Ride," "He'll/She'll Make Me Happy," "Love Led Us Here," etc.)
