    False advertising?

I have another question. (Which probably means I'll have to wait a week before I get an answer. I know I'm not very patient, but what are you going to do? Lol) Anyway, I received volume 5 of "The Best of the Muppet Show" collection today and I was a bit surprised about something. The...

its a very merry muppet christmas movie

Reply Thanks, Phil. It sounded so familiar though. I must have heard a song like it before. Or maybe I'm thinking of something I heard by the same author. I really liked it though.

its a very merry muppet christmas movie

Reply Come on, guys. I'm just looking for a yes or no.

    Muppet Show Role Play

Yeah, that's true, man. I did have that "Never get involved in politics" line from MTI. Hey, at least we're not the ones that cause explosions everytime somebody says "bang" or "blast or whatever.

Kermit and Miss Piggy at the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade

Reply I have to agree with you on that one. I was embarassed about seeing him. Once I got to my grandfather's house and put the parade on their was Pikachu. I wish Pikachu himself would pop.

    Cliff's Nightmare on FOX Thursday

Reply I have to agree with Count. I don't get that channel. I get it on Channel 15. (I can't remember the letters though) Anyway, I get the channel at the dorm, but not at home. I think by the time they play it, I'll be home for the holidays and won't get the channel. And it may be a...

    Muppet Show Role Play

Reply Hey, Sweetums, man. Don't worry about crushing that shrip. I never liked him anyway. Lately it seems like always gets more airtime than I do. (Note: This is nothing against whoever's playing Pepe or anything like that. I just thought that was something that Floyd might say. Lol.)

    Muppet Show Role Play

Reply Rizzo, man. We ain't got time to worry about jelly beans. I'm helping Beauregard plan this show. What am I doing with the band tonight?

    Confusing...

Reply I don't think they mentioned it was a movie at all in TMTM. Which is surprising because after Kermit and Miss Piggy got married in that one, it is believed that it was just a movie and they're not married in real life. Hmmm.

its a very merry muppet christmas movie

Reply About that "Everyone Matters" song. Was it performed by the Muppets in something before? It sounded so familiar.

    The most tear-jerking Muppet moment...

Reply I have to agree with that one. That was a touching moment between Kermit and Fozzie. I liked when Kermit told him that their friendship was more important that the theater. It's too bad his speech was interrupted by Mrs. Bitterman.

What sketches scared you as a kid?

Reply That's alright. Thanks for your help.

What sketches scared you as a kid?

Reply That's true, but that still doesn't answer my question. Yes. I'm impatient I know, but ME WANT COOKIE!!!! Actually, I should cut down on the sweets. Lol. Lol. Lol. Lol.

    Missing Muppets in IAVMMCM

Reply I didn't have a problem with Kevin's Sam at all. I thought it sounded exactly like Frank's. Maybe my hearing's bad. Lol.

What sketches scared you as a kid?

Reply How old is that sketch anyway? I've read the transcript for that at the Sesame Street Lyrics Archive, but don't remember seeing it. I figure that's either an older one or a newer one. Probably older because Cookie Monster kept using the word "darn" and they don't say that too much...

    Muppet Show Role Play

Reply And he would have gotten away with it too, if it hadn't been for us meddling Muppets! Lol.

...Anyone here ever been made fun of?

Reply I can't say that I've been made fun of about that. Since I live in a college dorm, I don't watch the show here because people may overhear the sounds of the show and that would be kind of embarassing. I have the same problem whenever I see a preview for Pokemon. (That's a show that I...

Classic SS clips I discovered on my first family tape

Reply That's one I remember. I liked the dispute between Big Bird and the Count about whether Snuffy jumped 19 or 20 times. "19 and a half. 20 when he comes down. And I love fractions too! Ah ah ah ah!" That one was classic.

    Missing Muppets in IAVMMCM

Reply About Clifford, well other than hosting "Muppet's Tonight!" he's never been a very popular character. Maybe the producers decided he wasn't needed since Kermit was hosting the show. Just my guess.

    Who performed Robin in IAVMMCM?

Reply I've got to take a look at that. I've been wondering about those things. I don't think it was Jerry who performed Lew Zealand because I watched TMTM on video yesterday and he sounded much different. It did sound like Jerry as Pops and Statler though. Well, I'll be back.
