Well thank you for the nice thoughts, everyone. You're right, nerves get a little too rattled sometimes. But we (including myself) need to remember that there are all different kinds of people and we're not always going to agree. And we all need to be considerate. It always kinda amazed me on...
I guess I was mainly upset when I wrote that because I heard one of the bonus features was being cut. Now I know with copy right issues and all, it's something that can't be helped. But it frustrated me that there's yet another DVD released but opportunties were lost. And there's only two left...
Well like I said, I don't want to debate, I don't want to get in a big thing. But I respect your opinion, even if we disagree. There's a lot of different kinds of people in the world and we need to live together somehow. ;)
Well like I've said before, it's not so much that I want bonus features for this set. I don't like calling the older specials bonuses, they are important by themselves. My main point is I just want to see them released somehow and not forgotten.
I do hope Disney will be able to do a good job...
Right like, I consider myself a Christian, but I accept evolution as God's way of creating the world. People back then, much like in Henson's The Storyteller, "told their past with stories." It was how they explained the world around them. Some things in the Bible happened and some are just...
Well I'm going to try and be sympathetic here for a moment, it's very hard raising a child nowadays. Often both parents need to work just to keep the family going. Even if mothers (or fathers) stay home, they don't have the extended family to help like they used to. And you can't watch your kid...
Well...lol...it doesn't sound great, but sounds are a funny thing. Our ears are imperfect organs and don't always interpret things correctly. I can kinda understand why the mother is upset, but the solution is to explain to the kid that is toy is broken and it needs to be replaced. Yes, he may...
Well it's sort of like parents refusing to listen to experts who say that TV is not beneficial (and potentially harmful) to one year olds. I totally understand that parenting is a tough job and sometimes you need a break and parents are busier than they ever were before. But it's not right to...
I know they said a lot of things major fans already knew (though a lot still surprised me which was great), but after all major fans weren't the only ones buying them. ;)
And you know, once you've seen the episode once, you want to be able to go back and find something new. At least, that's...
Hmm...
Has anyone been to a Hallmark store lately? It's freezing cold outside and then you walk in, and all the Easter cards say "Spring is here!" Flowers, sunshine and baby chicks! (not to mention Cadburry creme eggs!) Lol
It's completely inappropriate, lol. But on the other, perhaps it's...
I know, I know, you're right, hehe. I just didn't like the parents saying "Oh well, if it looks clean, it must be fine." Not always the best way to go about it, hehe.
For me, it doesn't imply that at all. I think everyone has morals, they just disagree about where they came from. In this case, I say live and let live. It's about different points of view, not just one, which is what the Muppets are about. I don't mind if someone mentions God or if they don't...
Wow, suddenly so many posts! Good thing we have the new trusty multi quote option!
Oh yeah I remember that song, so nice, classic Ernie. I also like Chris Cerf's part, he has such a unique voice.
Thanks for the support! :) But I still really want to have a pet again.
