A panhandler.
Actually, panhandling is a big problem in this town, they're practically on ever corner of every highway, two-lane road, back road, etc... but the one I saw today was different: rather than holding a cardboard sign with a note scribbled on it in sharpie, this guy had a printed-up...
I, for the most part, don't even ask for requests anymore, because they're either flat-out rejected, or I ask for something, and then it never happens... because of that, I've also had a policy for whenever I do point commissions: you don't pay until you're satisfied, because I've had people pay...
And have you ever noticed something? She has this flare in the way she talks; I'm not talking about the accent, I mean, she has this big, hammy way of talking, it's like she's stuck in high school dramatics club.
That said, I hope to God she's not going to run in 2016... Mitt Romney's already...
Watch this.

Anybody else besides me think this guy talks a little like Jim?
There's just one problem: they never go away. Even when you think they've finally gone away, they find a way to come back. Like Paris Hilton: just when you think she's gone away, she comes back and tries to be relevant again.
I started doing point commissions, because I never felt right about accepting money for drawing copyrighted characters that I don't own... and back then, it was easier to obtain points for premium memberships, like 636 points would get you a three-month premium membership... but they eventually...
Happy birthday to one of the coolest dudes and one of the most talented graphic/visual artists to ever grace the MC forums! Hope you have a great one today, bro!
If it is, I'm not finding it... of course, it was about six years that I saw it, but taking the draping approach is what helps me when I build my puppets. IIRC, I believe it wasn't an English video (it may have been French, Italian, I don't remember), and the person making it was building an...
And I know I've brought this up before, but what gets me is even production music receives third-party claims now... the stuff that's specifically made free for use for anybody ranging from film/video students to actual studios who don't have the budget to hire composers to score their projects...
At least, though, when you receive a copyright strike as opposed to a claim, those eventually go away. I think if you can keep your channel in good standing, that any strike you have is removed after 16-18 months, or something like that.
I don't have any on my play/goof-off channel now, over...
Well, if they've been kept out in the shed, you don't suppose that the change in temperature and weather has something to do with it, between getting hot in the summer and cold in the winter?
Not very likely.
Not only does Viacom not believe in the Fair Use act (they recently nuked my HEY ARNOLD! Poop a few weeks ago), but YT itself is a corporate kiss-butt: if a video has a copyright claim on it, they're not going to remove it to stay on the good side of whatever company made that...
Seriously? Wow! I had wondered whatever became of him, seems like the last I ever saw him was when I deleted my MySpace several years ago. Oh, how I remember his strawberry scent... that's doesn't sound weird, does it?
