Material: A new recliner (leather!), a topaz necklace, a VERY nice watch, and a hand-held trimmer for my wood shop. (yes guys, there is such a thing as a wife who always asks for tools for Christmas! LOL!)

Actually I have never watched soap operas, so my kids don't even know what they are. However, you still know your an obsessed muppet/SS fan when your kids do say something like "Mom can we not watch Sesame Street today?" Now that has happened to me. Guess...

We still have our tree up, too. It usually stays up untill New Years Day. I think it helps keep the spirit of Christmas in the home. Anyway, heres my list of gifts:

The only "down side" I can see to growing up with Kermit is the "emptyness"
you feel now that he's gone. (Unless your a Disney fan, of course.) I just miss him on Sesame Street an awfull lot. (Mabey I should learn spanish and start watching "Plaza Sesamo". Wouldn't hurt!);)
