No he was in the left of Animal. I think if you go to toughpigs.com and type in wizard of oz there is a picture of the Electric Mayhem in the club seen and shows Dr. Teeth on the left of Animal.

In the Muppet show and in the first three muppet movies, Dr. Teeth always sat to the right of Animal when the band wa playing a song, but after Jim Henson died, Dr. Teeth began to sat to the left of Animal such as in Muppet Wizard Of Oz, The Muppet Christmas Carol, and in Muppet Treasure Island...
But it's milk supposed to be good for you?
Remember those late 80s/early 90s milk commericals where a little kid would talk about drinking milk it would show the kid as 10, then 16, then 23, then 28, etc. After all, milk's slogan was "it does a body good."

Chapter 7: Up on The House Top
The Muppets got out of their beds and everybody walked down stairs to see what was going on.
"Yo, what was that?" Clifford asked.
