Sorry Sharpener...
SOrry dude, I wasnt' TOTALLY busting your chops... I jsut got on a positivity rut there for a bit (SO unlike me) and wanted to bring some happiness to the board. NOt that there isn't any usually, but the whole SS toy thing is kinda down on it's luck or something.
I see...
Looks like I gotta join...
Doggone it!!! NOw I HAVE To join the Collectors Club. I knew it was inevitable, but if it MAY be the only way I can see Sweet Ums (we really don't know yet do we???) then a man's gotta do... Shnikeys...
Just a little harsh!!!
OK, I admit that the Ernie and Bert look better/ worse, but I think they will look better once the texturizing hits them. Give em a chance.
The only complaint that I have is that they are coming out in a month and there really isn't much articulation on ANY of the...
SS 3-D??? What the...!?!?!
So what is the deal with these figs/ line??? Got a link or something??? Cause I can at least take a look at them... I wanted to get one set of SS figs for me and one set of SS figs for my nephews... But that's alot of dough. So at the very least this 3-D thing might...
For those of you with space issues...
OK, this is advice for all of you with space issues... You can go to KMart, Wal Mart, Target, whatever, and get some rubbermaid totes to store your figs until you get your own place, or sequester space large enough to display your collection.
I say...
little self-corrections
By asking if all SIX Muppet Babies would be made, I meant Kermit, Gonzo, Piggie, Fozzie, Rowlf and Scooter. As far as I can remember, that's the lineup from the movie. If there was an Animal Babie in the movie as well, that's even cooler. That Animal DOES throw off...
Cup of Tea???
So would your Cup of Tea analogy, in relation to the topic, be a Barbie set with Fraggle themes??? Maybe Skipper comes with a shoddily produced mini-PVC of Gobo, and a Barbie comes with Red and Mokey... And then some little baby-kid comes with Wembley??? That would amount to a cup...
Dag YO!!!
You just got robbed dude. If I remember right they were sealed in plastic right next to Animal, in that little figure card area. Go search again. Hope you find em!!!
Josh.
That is a blow...
This is a blow to the sales numbers of the figures, to be certain. But you know what??? I never found anything there anyway. As previously mentioned, Target had rare figures that weren't series 4. And Koozebane Kermits aren't hard to get on ebay either. Thank you Buy It...
Hear Hear!!!
I hear ya Brother!!! do it right if you're gonna do it!!! No jerking around!!! Not that Palisades has done anything half-butted yet, so no worries there... But yeah, let's see a suitcase that opens!!! Naked Robin that fits in his hand (maybe one that is more precise in size...
That. Would. Rule.
Dude, that would RULE having Palisades make Disney toys!!!
It's too bad Has-been... I mean, HASBRO toys has the exclusive license for Disney toys. I only know this fact from an ex-girlfriend who probably married Disney;'s frozen head after we broke up.
Anyway...
I hear ya...
OK Rockstar Girl,
I have heard and acknowledged your statement. I for one, feel that your post does add a much needed positivity to this board right now.
And if MuppetFest was any good for the Muppets in the first place, I don't see why Disney would scrap it. It would...
Cool.
I love Ken's train of thought here. I'm not surprised you don't get a response for JHC Wembley. They are probably being buried in email right now and have little time regarding your email.
I just hope nobody has emailed Disney about this. Too many mails might just give them reason...
OK, still on the fence.
Greater minds than me are at work here...
Things I want to be thankful for: The Henson kids aren't in charge anymore. When the master dies, it sucks to have the kids take over. Every time. There have been no major innovations with the Muppets for years now and...
Dagnabbit!!!
Now I got to usin' my country swears!!!
Shee-Oot!!! This could be very bad indeed. Disney toys do, indeed suck. And they have some kind of exclusive license regarding their movie/ Disney character toys. I have no idea whether or not this extends to their subsidaries or not...
So I was just wondering (since Disney toys suck) if the new buyout will affect the Palisades Toy license, if it will affect it in any way. It may still be too soon to know, but I for one got worried for Palisades right away. Disney is known to screw over old deals with little regard for...
I'm on the fence...
If this means I get a new Muppet show, then so be it. Selling your soul to the Devil is only about 3 steps down from Disney, but I woulda sold to the Devil to see some new Muppets on TV.
Does this mean we'll get to see some Muppified spoofs of Disney stuff??? Cause...
Just a few questions...
Since Sweet-Ums will be along the exclusive pricing ($35), is he slated to come with any accessories??? I only ask because he's not technically a Mega, and EVERY other figure has come with SOMETHING.
With the Muppet Babies, are there plans to make all 6 of them...
Hahahahahah
And you misspelled "Enjoy." HAHAHA... Thanks though. I'm sure you meant well and intended to give us new info. I, at least, appreciate the new info. ;)
I gotta say,,,
While I may not agree with what you have to say, I will be the last one defending your right to say it Fozzie. I'm sitting on the fence with these. I'm still good with the sizing too. If they're a little too small, that's cool. All the SS Muppets are supposed to emulate...
