I'll say this, Spider-Man 3 was a heck of a lot better than X-Men 3 from last year. At least Spider-Man 3's were three dimensional compared to just having characters for the sake of entertainment show up in X-Men 3.
I saw the movie yestedray morning and I liked it, but there were things that could have been better. I did like the major battle at the end though. Now that was fun to watch.
By the way, anybody notice Stan Lee when he talks to Peter Parker and says "I guess one man can make a difference"...
The thing I want to see the most is a movie based on the early 24th century. No one really knows what went on during that time period, except that there was something major that happened between the Romulans and the Federation which resorted to a treaty and for the Romulans to go into hiding...
Q should have been there halfway or at the end of Nemesis and say something like "this movie is completely horrible, even for a limited spieces who can't think properly like humans".
And then Q snaps his fingers and either the movie ends or the "real" movie begins.
I think the fans would...
Zoot could sing "Waiting For A Girl Like You" by Foreigner to his saxaphone. (Wouldn't that be funny)
Or perhaps if the muppets did an all out disco show Janice could sing "Boogie Oogie Oogie" by A Taste Of Honey.
Or if you want an real oldie song that came out in 1962, how about...
Well even though I've heard a bachelors degree, regardless of what major you studied, can help you, but with me I'm just having a difficult time finding a job.
Oh and when I was in college, all I did was go to class, study, and go to the gym. I didn't meet anyone at the school to form a...
Well I don't forcast the future for employment, but if the job market continues to be like it is, people are going to have a hard time finding a good job with a bachelore degree. Which might explain why more and more companies require one with a masters degree.
I saw 300 on opening night and you know what, the movie stunk...
The first 30 minutes was a snore fest for me. It was that boring to the point I kept on looking at the clock on my cell phone.
Then the movie picked up with the Spartans battling the Persains.
But the movie itself was...
For some of you who on the verge of going to college, this thread isn't meant to scare you. For those of you who are in college, this thread is not meant to scare you either. But it's time for a reality check.
Was college worth your time and money when you got your degree in whatever you...
I remember those old delphi boards. I may not come here that often, with the lack of posts, but I've been around the block for a good while to see this site become what it is today.
And it's funny to see some of those old members who aren't at this place anymore, like Zachthedog.
Since we're talking about Star Trek, besides Enterprise and the relaunch books, and give my two cents on the matter.
TOS: I haven't seen all the TOS episodes so I won't dive into that series.
TNG: I started watching TNG when I was 11 or so back in 1992 and liked it. I followed the rest of...
A Ghostbusters 3 as a cgi movie? Why, why, why, why, why???? Just leave the Ghostbusters to rest. Both movies were great, as well as the Real Ghostbusters cartoon series and the Extreme Ghostbusters cartoon series.
Instead of making another movie, which is still questionable, the powers at...
By then it had come to 9:30 am in the morning.
Kermit had gathered the senior staff into the conference room. The senior staff consisted of Rowlf, Fozzie, Scooter, Gonzo, The Electric Mayhem members: Dr. Teeth, Floyd Pepper, Janice, Zoot, Lips, and Animal, and the diva herself Miss Piggy...
I understand reporters have a job of informing people of the story, but the news stations go on and on and on asking the same questions, receiving the same answers, going from reporter to reporter every few minutes.
That's how it was over hear in the Dallas area yesterday when it was just a...
Kermit was reading a few more papers as he decided to move from his desk back stage and walked towards the stage.
However, to Kermit's surprise, which he didn't see for being to wraped up in reading, Kermit took a step on to the theater only to fall down to the bottom near the seats people sat...
I heard about that today while I was driving. Florida had some major storms over the night.
Hey, north Texas had snow yesterday and every single news station was covering it and had reporters out and everything. I got soooooooooo tired of the so called "winter blast" coverage. Blasted news...
Check out imdb.com and do a search on Meg Ryan. I think she has a few movies in the works.
But she's like Demi Moore. Both aren't really making anything anymore, although Demi Moore made headlines by dating Ashton Kutcher and then marrying him. Could have been a huge public relations move to...
