Good idea. I think people should be doing something to maintain them. It's not the same as a plush toy and at this money people want them to last a long time. A monthly maintenance routine would probably pay off in the long run. As for the Fozzie prototype, its near enough perfect for me!

I really don't think its good business practice, even if they don't do it usually anyway, seeing as they know there is concern you'd think if they cared about their customers they'd go out of their way to provide photos to those who pre-ordered to make sure they knew what they were getting...
