You know, that was the first thing that crossed my mind. Being older and worldly and all that. But we do have some younger readers so I had to resist all jokes.
*still laughing at her own silent jokes, goes to make coffee*
:D :D :D
We eez cool. There's the occasional uncoolness but that's relatively rare and easily avoided.
Actually, people who float around lots of forums tell me this is the best one they've seen by a long shot.
I wouldn't know, this is the only board I go on. If I went on more I would never ever see...
Well. I cannot even go near the Lazy Parent Subject here. My head will explode, and leave a nasty mess. And it's MY generation, too. I can't believe what these people morphed into. Talk about mortification.

I love that, Cap'n Beeb. People actually call me Beeb, when they haven't the strength for saying two syllables.
:D
Like most households, our first tv set arrived in the house in 1961. Black and white, by the way. The grownups were all greatly alarmed about the potential for . . ...

Germanglish, that's what Jumanjii was written in.
:D :D :D
Dang, we don't have one, so far as I know. HOT POCKETS DO NOT COUNT, BOYS. THAT IS NOT COOKING.
Ahem.
Sounds marvelous. Only thing even close here is calzones. Jaffles sound better. We have no jaffle irons.
:concern: :concern: :concern:
Well, exactly. lol.
And Americans are a lot more willing to poke total fun at themselves (Sam amongst that) than credit seems to be given for sometimes. The world takes us way more seriously than most of us do, gee whiz. You'd think we all walked around chanting U.S.A.! all day long. (We...
