Why does everybody say the Muppets are back? Looks like they're coming along, but they're not back to the hotness they had in the 70's and 80's. But if they continue to get used like they are now, then they'll get back to where they were 25 years ago.
But I do have to say this felt more like...
My thing is, if high schoolers want to dress up in costume, throw a halloween costume party and invite your friends. No sense to have a costume party by yourself.
If you just want candy, go to the store and get all the candy you can eat.
One example is Gremlins. It was rated PG, but if you've seen the movie, it was far from a PG film.
After the movie came out, there was a new rating system of PG-13 to fit films that were not yet an R but were past the harmlessness of a PG rated film.
I stopped going trick or treating after the 6th grade. It was just that time to hang up the costume and call it quits.
I do find it odd seeing high schoolers still doing that. If you want some candy, ask your parents to get you bags of chocolate to munch on.
Commericals of food don't make kids want food. If you let parents feed their kids whatever food, then the kids will get big eventually.
I can watch commericals of McDonalds, Burger King, commericals about candy, etc. and it won't effect me. Like right now, there is a commerical about KFC...
So, should there be a new thread titled "Studio DC: Almost Live: 2, that way peopel can vote for the special too?
Or maybe we can just give a star rating like 3 out of four stars if it was good, etc.
Okay, I'll do that instead.............
:confused::eek:
For halloween this year, I'll be going as an underemployed college graduate again with a sign around me saying the following: "college is a waste of time".
But it's not the holidays yet! It's barely cool outside! Don't put christmas junk made by a country on the other side of the world out until november!:mad:
I think it's pretty dumb to have Christmas items out right now. It's the end of September!
Stupid, stupid, no, no, stupid, idiot, idiot, no, no, no, no, never, stupid, never, never, no, never, idiot, STOP!
Blasted commercialism.....
I mean, do you think anybody cares about Christmas...
