>>>Perhaps I ought to elaborate a little. Gentle Giant and I, along with a couple of others, are working on an on-line Muppets fanzine. Anyway, Gentle Giant has Kevin Clash's address, and we thought that an interview with him would be something cool to put into the magazine. So we thought we'd...
Heh, Ive been refreshing seeing what suprise Muppets pop up. wow. Man you guys got some crisp flash animated scans of characters! Good to see all the major Muppet franchises(Muppetshow, Sesame, Bear, and FR) represented...along with Creature Shop(though Im not sure if Creature Shop characters...
I remember being 8 years old and standing at ground zero...of course back then it was called "the World Trade Center", looked like it was a million Babel stories high; and 80's excess, Warhol, and Wang Chung was all the rage.
Ok, you now can return to the Monty Python hijinx.
dr. tooth:
yeah, oh man am I hoping the new TMNT fox show kicks but.
But isnt this too cool...a new TMNT and Muppet Show first half of 2003 on Fox? Oh Man! A bigger fan of both I could not be.
Btw, I got to talk about American edit vs. Japanese uncut Dragon Ball Z episodes with my friend...
After all these straight to video cheapquels, Country Bears, and now this Pirates movie based on the ride...does anyone feel Disney has any street cred...or heck respectability left???
Hehe, love the Fanatical Friday! Right now my lab playset has this custom NBC weatherman Al Roker figure I made strapped into the experiment table, and one of the Mcfarlane Akira figures on display. I'd love to see more 'twisted mego theatre' type pics of this scenario using the lab.
No kidding, those MC pins rocked! I think they only want official items listed though. But man, JHC needs to hire our resident frogboy4! Look at the new MC main site....my goodness!
Well, Ive been in a bit of a creative mood recently...so for my Mom's birthday recently, I made her a Joe the Armadillo figure.
I think Jackie and others into Mr. Armadillo will get a kick out of this;) heh

>>>It is not going to surprise me in the least if the Creature Shop is sold to a seperate company. Thats just my gut feeling anymore. Time will tell though.
<<<
That move wouldnt surprise me wither...with Creature Shop involved in some of 2001's biggest films, the recent Farscape news, this...
>>>*HUGS!!*
yer pal,
Muley
(Who's coming to MF03 by the way!)<<<
Coolness! Yeah I wanna see more MC people with puppets in tow! Now Scary Larry Wolf(one of only a couple puppets people had that I remember from MF) and others will have some competition! hehe
JHC needs to run a conest for fans to send in script ideas...
as non of the above mentioned script ideas seem like the new direction the Muppets need.
I'm very curious about the fox show...I hope its very over the top, loaded with for the fans fan goodies, lot sof brought back from...
>>>I live in San Francisco so I'll just meditate on my Flying carpet out to where ever it's held. Hey, it's good chi!<<<
Hmm, maybe me, jamie, you, sfpepe, and whoever else lives in n cali can work out some kind of travel thing...man I'd sure like someone to get that mayhem bus or 25th annv...
man, you sound like my kind of guy tygerbug!
in the fall of 1999, I was planning on doing this indie film...shot entirely on one day(like the upcoming 'russian ark' or 2000'a 'time code') all around san francisco with dv based on this script i wrote called 'mausoleum'. Parts of the film were to...

>>>does anyone read online comics? there is some really good stuff out there for those that know where to look<<<
I do! Just two...the number one online comic strip:
www.megatokyo.com and #2
www.penny-arcade.com ^_^
Yeah, that's definately Japanese...the rapid style editing is trademark to them. As far as the English, it might be a selling point or something. But man...video games, anime, futuristic fashion and technology, women, and now the Muppets? Man I sure need to go to the land of the rising sun some day!
>>>Don't know what you are seeing in your inbox, but whatever inspired the hallucination must have cost you a small fortune!<<<
As much as that was said in satiracle wishful thinking(or what Joggy would call 'action figure humour')I really do think nothing could be cooler than a Pepe...
As much as I love Joey's characters...the idea for his movie sounds liek the wrong direction for the Muppets.
My vote would have to be for an idea we havent heard. I know they dont take soliticed ideas...but I think Im not alone in saying an idea for something truly epic, Juhl involved...
>>>I guess my review would be more harsh if the special and series weren't around the corner, but I enjoyed the DVD.<<<
From what Im hearing, the xmas movie and fox series is just the beginning for the new golden age of the Muppets coming soon!
>>>No apologies needed - i probably do seem very cold and cynical on all this EMTV sale stuff but it's pretty hard not to be when you've seen for yourself how these kind of companies treat things. <<<
Oh Luke...warm fuzzy hugs is what ya gonna get! Im grateful you and Nate snapped me out of...
