It can't be Richard, it was defiantly Kevin. And I'm pretty sure it couldn't have been Richard puppeteering him, as I think he was performing the second cop that shows up at the end.
I saw it and it's definitely a montage of the montage (you can tell especially in the Bunsen and Beaker scene). My main hang-up is those fake backgrounds and obvious green-screening. Compare Crazy Harry's portion to Kermit and Robin dancing home in MCC.
In this article on the Muppet movie (go to page 1), it says the movie has a budget of at most $50 million. So, I don't see how they can't sell over that.
I've seen two new commercials during TBS' airing of Anchorman in the past hour. The only new, dialogue based footage they had was Miss Poogy saying "You got a problem with that?"
Well, much like New York City, every street has tons of stuff on it. And there's so many views from each place that there's always something when you look up.
