I hadn't noticed that, but since you mentioned it, Piggy did appear to be a bit less agressive towards Kermit in season five (well except maybe in the Linda Ronstadt episode where she locks him in the trunk). No offense to whoever wrote the Kermitage guide, but I feel that doesn't go into quite...
That was Grungetta? I thought it was just a generic female grouch. It's been a while since I saw that movie so I'll have to check on that again. Either way, I really liked the tossed salad part.
Well, Telly did do that Monster on the Spot thing recently in the ep where he found out Curly Bear doesn't like porrige. Maybe they'll do more of those.
Hi. Forgive me if I'm posting on the wrong thread, but I had a question about the extras on the Muppet Show DVDs. I have watched them on Volume 6 (the only volume I have in DVD form) and I was wondering how old they are. That did sound like Steve's Kermit in the "I Love Lucy" sketch, but...
(Just a quick note. I won't be here for a few days. We can just pretend Floyd is still with the other Muppets. I'll be back Sunday afternoon or Monday morning. Just thought I'd bring that up.)
Yeah. I have noticed that Crazy Harry wasn't seen in the later TMS episodes. Even in the Roger Moore episode, when Kermit said that things went off with a bang, there was an explosion, but Harry didn't show up. What was up with that?
Thanks, guys. Leave me alone to fight the beast. Oh, well. Maybe if I play some music, it will calm him down and he'll leave us alone.
(starts playing "While My Guitar Gently Weeps.")
*Floyd joins the others*
Sorry I'm late. I was just cleaning out my guitar case and getting ready for the next song. Then, the next thing I know, everybody's run off. What's going on?
That's not exactly true. A lot of times Kermie would chat with the guest star. It's just usually done in a dressing room scene rather than a regular "talk spot" scene.
Come on, guys. Get real. Let's go with Janice's suggestion:
She'll be comin' around the mountain when she comes! She'll be comin' around the mountain when she comes! She'll be comin' around the mountain when she comes!
Everybody!
Yeah. I have that on video too, but that line's not on it. Maybe that was on the original script for that episode and didn't make the final cut. Just a thought.
