Sharing this one just because it’s a Don Music episode. https://muppet.fandom.com/wiki/Episode_1729

    Little things we've noticed

Okay wow, I thought I had posted this comment in this thread…. Whoops. On the subject of the pre-Monotone hippies though, I am curious to know if the Grover exit segment was filmed before “The Word” because it seemed like earlier season 2 segments with those characters had the dashiki-wearing...

    Little things we've noticed

To be fair, the regular Mahana Mahna didn’t exactly have a consistent voice when you compare the puppet appearing with shorter hair to later appearances with longer. And I’m fairly certain “Surprise” was just meant to be a regular stand-alone song that just happened to have cutaways, no...

Classic Sesame Street clips on YouTube

Yeeeeeahhh….. the guy knows nothing of life other than what he enjoys in his own little bubble.

    I won't be posting anymore...

Yeah I only comment on muppet related material now if something big is going on. Otherwise this place is just dead.

Classic Sesame Street clips on YouTube

The guy just clearly lives in his own bubble in the end. He kept bugging me with requests when I told him I don’t take them and he also called @hooperfan a jerk for not uploading the original Rubber Duckie clip from season 1. Far as I’m concerned he’s just an overgrown man child throwing a...

Well, this guy basically proved how entitled the Sesame Street YouTube community is with Sesame Street clips. Bravo, sir.

Why was Bedtime Stories and Songs edited?

They wouldn’t go out of their way to put out disclosed information like that.

Why was Bedtime Stories and Songs edited?

Season 30 was retiring so many 70s-80s segments altogether, Don was no exception. And his final appearance was well into early 1991 which could have easily given plenty of time for more Don appearances in that season.

Why was Bedtime Stories and Songs edited?

He did in the reopening of Hooper’s Store but it was cut off I believe.

Why was Bedtime Stories and Songs edited?

Well that certainly didn’t stop his segments continuing to syndicate (albeit rather spread out far between) till season 29 and his segments getting future releases since.

HBO Max removes nearly 200 Sesame Street episodes, modern specials, and the Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo

To be fair, Elmo didn’t exactly just change overnight. Kevin still gave him the “yes, yes, yes!” schtick for awhile. Grover is also kind of debatable cause he was kind of a prick in the first season (and at times early in season 2).

HBO Max removes nearly 200 Sesame Street episodes, modern specials, and the Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo

Right….. but any episode with orange Oscar or green Grover is fine. 🙃 #Doublestandards

HBO Max removes nearly 200 Sesame Street episodes, modern specials, and the Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo

I, for one, think it was presented well in a neutral point of view. And frustrated as I was seeing so many of the 70s-90s era stuff get taken down, Joe made a good point in the article - we aren’t entitled to these episodes. That said, for me personally, I was more frustrated with the fact that...
