The Great Muppet Caper VS. Muppets Most Wanted

Hm, this is a tough call. I'd have to go with GMC because it's filled with that classic Hollywood schmaltz that I just love.

    Bein Green vs. Rainbow Connection

This is such a tough call. They both have really wonderful messages are equally timeless. I think I'd have to go with "Rainbow Connection," though. It's my favorite song. Whenever I'm feeling sad, that song just picks me right up. So that gets my vote.

Jim Henson's Creature Shop Challenge Episode 3: Assembly Required

That was quite a twist last night. I was a little surprised that Hungry Horace (the Rat Wolf) didn't win, since he seemed the most like a predator. Nothing against the little Swarf guy, but come on, Rat Wolf.

    Advice: Olaf from Frozen

I considered reworking a plush actually, simply because I never have made a puppet before and Olaf might be a little too complex to start with. But this does seem like the easiest option right now (especially since I need it in a month). Thanks for your input!

    Advice: Olaf from Frozen

I'll look into it. Thanks for the tip!

Jim Henson's Creature Shop Challenge Episode 2: Return of the Skeksis

I thought it was a great episode! All the designers really had some great ideas, and they all really looked like Skeksis. Even though it's only been two episodes so far, I'm very much enjoying this show. It's fantastic to see all the different creative processes joining together. --SPOILERS!--...

Your Thoughts: "Muppets Most Wanted" Theatrical Film

Personally, I still want to see the Cheapest Muppet Movie Ever Made. Wishful thinking, maybe, but still.

Your Thoughts: "Muppets Most Wanted" Theatrical Film

I've seen the film twice so far. The first time I saw it, I was slightly disappointed, and I think it's because I was (for some reason) expecting the emotional punch that I got while watching the 2011 Muppets. But after seeing MMW a second time, I realized that wasn't the point of the movie...

What is your least favorite Muppet Movie?

I think the worst one was VMX. There are some others that I'm not fond of, but VMX just left a bad taste in my mouth. It never really felt like the Muppets to me.

    The most tear-jerking Muppet moment...

There's a lot of moments that make me teary-eyed, but the one that gets me the most is when Gonzo sings "The Wishing Song" in season two of the Muppet Show. That song. Wow.

    Advice: Olaf from Frozen

Hi, everyone. So, I've never made a puppet before, but I've always wanted to. I work at a bookstore, and in May we're having a Once Upon a Time event where we're encouraged to dress up as fairy tale characters. Well, I don't really want to dress up, so I thought having a puppet with me would be...

Hi-ho, every body. I've been lurking the boards for a while and finally decided to join. The Muppets and Sesame Street have always been really important to me, and I've admired Jim Henson's work my whole life. It's great to be able to share that love with so many others!
