We know Mr. Potato Head is cannibalistically endorsing Lay's potato chips right now, however I recall a time where he was endorsing Burger King's fries:
This must be a different version, because I distinctly remember the kid saying, "He's spread the word that Burger King's fries are crispier...
Speaking of McDonald's, remember when Happy Meals actually were Happy Meals? Apple and orange slices aside (really, kids can eat apples and oranges anytime), remember when you used to get like a little packet of cookies shaped like the old mascots? I remember they were similar to animal crackers...
True, but what I'm saying is the angle of which they're advertised to kids - "candy/cookies for breakfast!" I'm surprised they haven't been run off the shelves yet because of it, considering kids are apparently not allowed to eat candy or cookies anymore.
Another peculiarity about when EEE first aired was that the first two episodes were broadcasted in PAL, for some reason. Not only that, but the colors were muted, the picture was fuzzy, and the end titles had a completely different font; see some examples for yourself:
Those oddities were...
You know, re-reading the article about Joey's departure, I realized how problematic the situation was, and I actually see both sides of the argument. Telly, for instance: Joey mentioned he loved writing for Telly, but says he doesn't understand why more kids don't love him, and that...
I know there are a lot of people out there who feel like Elmo "took over" SST, but this article actually kind of takes the situation and puts it into perspective a bit:

Admittedly though, I got about halfway through actually reading...
Coconut Twix? Oh man, George Costanza's gonna have a fit over that.
CUSTOMER: Twix has too much coconut in it.
GEORGE: NO! THERE'S NO COCONUT! TWIX IS THE ONLY CANDY WITH THE COOKIE CRUNCH!
Speaking of former SNL castmembers and silver platters, I see Rachel Dratch has her own show now too - though hers is on cable, and it's a sketch show rather than a talk show or sitcom.
Y'know, with the whole health food craze that's going on, not to mention the whole childhood obesity epidemic, I'm kind of surprised we even still have cereals like Reese's Puffs or Cookie Crisp, considering the candy/ cookies for breakfast angle.
Did any of you guys read the ridiculousness of...
I never could tolerate any flavor of Doritos except for the cool ranch, and that's been one of my go-to snacks ever since I was a little kid. Matter of fact, the nacho ones were like cigarettes for me in Grade 5: I know this sounds strange, but in Grade 5, I always noticed that all the other...
Speaking of Batman ceral, I tried some of the current cereal and it's actually pretty good: very flavorful, I think. I like it.
I thought I mentioned this before, but Cinnamon Toast Crunch is one of those cereals that's a gamble: every once in a while you'll get a bad box, lol.
I saw that a special edition release of the original AIR BUD is on DVD, but the only thing that makes it "special" is a commentary by the Buddies (and the original trailer). Why would anyone want that?
I see where Malcolm-Jamal Warner is playing the race card and saying it's a double-standard that Bill Cosby is now a marked man for what he did but Woody Allen has gotten off scot free for the same thing. I really had no idea that Woody Allen of all people did the same thing, and like with it...
I'm assuming Gina must have lived in an apartment next to Zoe or across the hall from her or one, I remember when Big Bird and Zoe were supposed to have a playdate but both had colds and Telly was their messenger, Gina was staying with her; similarly, during the hurricane, Zoe stayed with Gina...
