    I'm pretty sure they did. Billy - or Snake - Nikssilp from Camp Camp is also based on him. Though Billy/Snake is a bit more of an obvious reference because of his name and hair color. (Also, I must admit - When I first saw Billy/Snake, I was almost immediately reminded of Hoss.)

    There was this comment on the Sesame clip of the Martians discovering a radio that said the "happy-happy-happy-happy boing-boing-boing-boing" part reminded them of Ren and Stimpy's "Happy Happy Joy Joy" (can't say I blame them). Anyway, there was this strange reply to that comment: Yeah...
