My puppy surprised me the other day--carrying the entire Yellow Pages up the stairs! Lol he's adorable. I couldn't help thinking of, "It's a long hard climb, but I'm gonna get there!" Lol
But about the two Placidos, that could be, MN. I mean usually everyone was looking up to him for being...

That was really sweet, I enjoyed the Muppets' dialogue together at the beginning, particularly Miss Piggy, she really stood out with the comedy which is great. And she wasn't the target of any bad jokes. The banter seemed genuinely heart felt, as opposed to the jadedness of previous projects...
I definitely agree. The world doesn't change as much as we tend to think it does. It's just that as people we tend to have short memories (or none at all if we weren't there!). If a product is good, which FR undoubtably is, there is no need for too much updating. :)
Yeah Richard didn't use quite the same singing voice in this that he'd used in his number with Fozzie, but it is the Snowman. Guess he wanted it to sound slightly more classy for the medley. :)
And yes, I'd love a plushie Junior for that matter!
Same thing for my cuddley puppy, lol. It was like he was two different dogs. Crazy outside the cage, sleepy inside, lol.
Oh and btw, the line is "Joyous voices sweet and clear, sing the sad of heart to cheer." :)
That's the Snowman, who's often cut from the most recent versions of the special. He's outside with the penguins during this bit.
Hope you guys had a good Thanksgiving! It was great hanging out with the family and introducing them to my new puppy. : D
I just remembered, I recently saw a clip of the Fraggle Rock float at the 1984 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. With a gigantic Junior Gorg, Richard must have been thrilled, lol.

Happy Thanksgiving!
That's the ones! Now that I think about it, I also always loved the Super Grover sketches. "Remember this kids, it is very important! Even if your mommy makes you a super hero costume, do not try to fly because you can not do it! You do not have super powers! Because there is only one Super...
I mean, I guess they just wanted kids to understand the importance of the word "No", since it's something they have to hear a lot, hehe. Actually when I listen to the song, I always heard it like they were lamenting at how sad it was that there was "no cooking, no rhyming..." That's just how it...
Hmm, confusing little number indeed, lol. It never scared me like some people say, but it was a bit strange, hehe.
Actually I remember a lot of Forgetful Jones but somehow never saw the famous "Oklahoma" sketch, lol. My main memory is FJ singing "What's the Name of That Song." Because of the...
