With you??? I was proclaiming my utter dislike of GMC on MC before ya came aboard. Personal against London? Well there is something depressing about the way it is protrayed in GMC, but especially in MCC. Personal for the sake of being personal? Now that wouldnt make sense. But then again...
Oh sweet Jamie...no no no, ya got me all wrong kid. In this pretext, if I respond to a thread with disapproval its a bad mood...if I agree Im in a good mood? That just doesnt make sense for anyone. I try to be a realist. I mean you are th eone bagging on a show everyone likes because it doesnt...
Yeah, now if only someone would happen to have all 13 episodes on vhs to trade...Ive never seen this show...despite the fact I was watching saturday morning cartoons in th emid 80's religiously. Ever noticed the days of the Saturday Morning cartoons have been replaced by Sports in the last few...
Wait...*YOU* have booked the Muppets in the UK!?!? Really?
cooolness. Just be glad ya dont work for the dubya dubya eff anymore. I saw a little of Smackdown for the first time in eons last night, and my goodness. I cant see how anyone could watch this garbage...so far from how it used to be.
I get Little Bear, BITBBH, Sesame, etc videos for free from the library to show to my bird. Well maybe when I have a little person of my own these great shows will still be on tv. Oh I almost forgot...Reading Rainbow!!! I LOVED that show!
I think my head is too cluttered to learn a second language. I wish life was like the Matrix, so I could just download Japanese into my head or something.
But yes, if we are talking ALL TIME, then Fraggle Rock would be right up there with Sesame Street.
This thread rocks.
For me...CURRENT programming which I love or really proclaim as good stuff with value...
Sesame Street
Bear in the Big Blue House
Little Bear(harkens back to that sense of exploring that MB had)
Recess
Well, I dont really watch tv and dont have cable...but...
Wow, now youre questioning my mental stability because it doesnt fall into your rigid way of thinking or argument. As for people not liking MB, well as ya can see from all who posted in this thread..the majority has spoken. Thank goodness we have a different repoire off the forums...well I guess...
No way...I feel the same way about Empire Strikes Back.
The Muppet Trilogy is very parralel to the Star Wars trilogy in the release of it, etc. I just felt like Empire Strikes Back, the middle effort was the weakest...and like Jedi I think the final one is the strongest and most epic.
Ok...
Exactly. I have a hard time trying to express the real me...I end up sounding like the bitter cynical shell peopl ehave turned me into. So one's online vocalization through black size 9 arial font typed words can never be a real indication toward how someone is in real life. If I were to post...
Heh, oh dont take anything I say too seriously when it comes to my anti Disney rhetoric. Right now I'd give my right tail to be in Walt Disney World. that lucky Warrick! hehe
Good to see you back on MC little jerry!
Um...yeah...its sad the Fraggle gang hasnt been seen in years. Maybe one of these days folks will get to see the true brillaince of the show. Fraggle Rock is light years ahead of 99.%(or maybe 100%) of any children's shows of the last decade to...
OHHH!!! He was saying he DIDNT like Zooboomafoo? Ack! I love that little monkey! I almost thought the show was CTW or JHC related. And say, didnt that Gord Robinson used to perform on Fraggle Rock? You like Fraggle Rock dont ya Matty boy? ^_^
they don't need an excuse, they are the Muppets. The 25th annv thing ran out at the end of 2001...they dont need an agle or a gimmick. Yes, with Bear floundering it seemes, Farscape cancelled...whats a fan to do? At least the Fox show is a go for later this year. We need *something*, we need...
Yes, I know...all bow down to the almighty Byron.
I swear Byron could post a thread called "Tumble Weeds" and he could command a thousand posts in a week.
Meanwhile I write really thought provoking ideas and thigns to try and show a new way of looking at things...or telling it like it...
Yes! This show rocks. I almost thought it might be JHC related, as JHC has Animal Show with Stinky and Jake, Bambaloo, and th eupcoming Animal Jam.
I even saw a Zooboomawhatever figure playset at the dollar store last year. Tat was before I actually saw an episode. I love shows teaching kids...
