I actually have a list of my personal top 10 movies that I like that everybody else hates, and that's just one of them. In fact, that list goes something like this (in alphabetical order, mind you): 1. THE ADVENTURES OF ROCKY AND BULLWINKLE 2. BEE MOVIE 3. THE CAT IN THE HAT (Okay, it's not one...

    The Chipmunks

I'm the same way about Brittany. Back in the 80s series, she could be such an unlikeable character that there were times I really wanted to risk child abuse charges and just strangle and beat the ever lovin' crap outta her for being such a little bratty beyotch - especially whenever she would...

    ABC officially cancels "The Muppets"

I can't believe I've been saying this for years, and only now does somebody finally agree with me on this.

    The Letter People

Great job! You did an awesome job at depicting all of the Letter People, they look great!

    The Chipmunks

I notice some people are complaining that Alvin has been dumbed down quite a bit for ALVINNN. . . . I'm not sure if I quite see it myself, however, I found it a bit out there that he was so convinced that Simon really had magical powers, but when Simon explains all of the science behind tricking...

    ABC officially cancels "The Muppets"

I just still don't understand why despite all of the evidence of how television works today, and all of the information and resource available from insiders from the industry (not to mention just plain ol' observation from TV viewers themselves), I'm somehow still the bad guy simply for trying...

    The Chipmunks

I'm really disappointed in how Janice not only keeps going back to fart jokes, but has now even made Theodore a fan of them. I mean, come on, the Chipmunks have always been better than that.

    ABC officially cancels "The Muppets"

Nevertheless, my point was that you guys could have saved yourselves a lot of time, effort, energy, and heartache. I know what I'm talking about: I've been following Ken Levine's blog for years, he's been a writer for television since the 70s, he's seen how the industry has changed over the...

So THIS is the Latest Trend Now?

David Feiss was the only one who actually made it cool when he did it because he was trying to subvert naming conventions for characters, because giving actual names to a talking cow and a talking chicken would have just been ridiculous. :P

I actually liked THE COUNTRY BEARS myself.

    When you need to rant...

They seem perfectly fine with it. As far as they're concern, decent people with moral compasses are living in another world and need to wake up and catch up with the times.

    The Chipmunks

Well, FINALLY! Nick's put ALVINNN On Demand after all these months! Took 'em long enough! This works out great, because I missed the last two episodes, since Comcast didn't show up till today to restore service after the tree took out the power lines Thursday. And if Drtooth was concerned about...

    Little things we've noticed

Something that just now occured to me is that Episode 3977 featured Renee Fleming singing a 5 opera, even though the number of the day in that episode was 12. However, the number of the day for 3978 was 5, which makes me wonder shouldn't they have used the 5 opera as an insert for 3978 instead?

Sesame Street shrinks to 30 minutes, new shows will premiere on HBO and PBS nine months later

So since Season 46 was delayed a few months, I'm curious as to how this will affect when and how we'll be celebrating SST's 50 anniversary/season. I know it's still a few years away yet, but I got to thinking today about how up until Season 35, each five-year anniversary was typically celebrated...

    ABC officially cancels "The Muppets"

At the risk of being the, "I told you so," Guy, I told you guys this whole, #RenewTheMuppets thing wouldn't work. Networks DON'T listen to people. . . they don't ... if they did, there wouldn't be half the garbage on today that there is: networks don't care about quality anymore, they're all...

    When you need to rant...

The problem with that is, unfortunately, there's a mentality among today's society that because we're now living in the twenty-first century, that somehow means any form of values or morality is "outdated." I'm not kidding, that's exactly how people justify the irresponsible, reckless, and...

    When you need to rant...

Thing of it is, these celebrities are saying they will voluntarily leave the country should Trump win, and since so many (educated) people dislike him so much, Canada has actually opened up an island up in Nova Scotia specifically for American refugees who will choose to flee Trump's tyranny...

Noticeable Changes to the set over the years

Since its been brought up in this thread before, this photo looking straight down a NYC gives you an idea of what that old canvas flat next to Big Bird's nest prior to Season 30 was supposed to look like: Again, because we always saw that flat at an angle, it gives the false...

    Commercial RAVE Time

Yeah, I think James Earl Jones is having a little more fun doing those commercials than it would seem.

    The "You know what?" thread

Probably. That's why the last episode of H.R. PUFNSTUF was a flashback/clip show, because they couldn't afford to complete another full episode.
