Depends, but I don't think EM.TV sold it in April...and he said in April "this month," so that means he keeps the $100. UNLESS! EM.TV made a deal in April, though I do believe it happened in May.

I've used hot-glue to connect the whole ping-pong balls. I've also used a small hole in the bottom of it to put over a screw which I stuck up through the puppet from the inside, and superglued it where it would connect close to the fur.
