I guess I have been waiting for official confirmation, but this seems to be true. I don't know who to be upset at? Could this be some sort of liquidiation in hopes to sell off Henson to a corporation wanting more control? Whatever happens I hope Henson finds security in the company that buys...

I have to admit to being quite pleased when Shrek won over Monsters inc. Others have flamed me for my views on this, but I still feel it was the better all-around film.
I have uneasy feelings about Dreamworks though. I don't have as much faith that it will be around in coming decades as I do...

That is a very popular opinion held by many puppet performers and enthusiasts I have spoken to, but to tell you the truth I felt much of it was handled quite well. (frogboy ducks) The fight sequence was where the CG shined...
Thanx! Getting some shut-eye now. I'm so out of it - not too noticeable on me though!;)
BTW - I'll get back to you on your emails soon. Haven't overlooked them.
I'm back from Houston! I had a blast (very humid and icky there though). If any of you guys have any more auds for voices etc I will be able to handle those better now. And to those I have already received - I will talk to you soon about potential casting.;)
Nate-
Glad you agree. I see Cyndi as someone with enough personality to carry off the role and (like Bowie) she writes her own music. I really don't see this even as a sequel, prequel or anything of that sort because the original Labyrinth's endind was sufficient enough. But telling another...

I must say that you may have gotten the wrong impression from my listing for series 6, but it is listed as not all confirmed and very tentative at that. I am planning to work more closely with Ken to get this more accurate. Some of these specs come from the old MC board. Just...
Actually I'd have to go aganst the grain here and say YES. Not necessarily that it should be done, but I think a good sequel to Labyrinth is possible. There were so many characters there to explore that the action doesn't have to be about a Goblin King or Sarah at all! I say make a Goblin Queen...

(Still on vacation until tomorrow so I have not been as attentive to the board as usual. Very ready to be back in the grind actually!)
About the Vets Hospital characters:
I think the characters should be more true to their roots and be in scrubs , but I wouldn't mind if either...
Ken-
Very interesting development. Why and when did the Janice include for the Vet's playset get nixed? I thought that was a popular idea. I really (or "rully") love the penguin patient though, but wouldn't that make the set less popular with the consumer? I'll buy it either way, however, it...
Are Muppet programs really cheaper to make than regular ones? I doubt it because it has been a major talking point at the guild meetings that shows like Fraggle Rock could not be made today because of the expense while every member of Seinfeld has been given millions of dollars for a failed...
I met someone down here that does the same thing! I couldn't put my finger on why he sounded so familiar until he said,"See you tomorrow, okay." I doubled over laughing! Needless to say he probably thinks I'm a freakazoid now.
Taking some time to weigh in.
I think that by the time wave 6 comes out that accessories will be tough to think up. That's where I think the penguins could come in. Maybe each one could have their own theme too - i.e. regular, Hawaiian, etc. They really wouldn't have to be too articulated and...
Does this mean KSY is in widescreen? Must be a typo. I can't imagine that a straigt to video release would be in widescreen - especially one targeted at kids. If this is right - someone call Disney if it does well! ;)
