I did have BB in mind there, so in a way I knew that he was the 'Big' Sarah was waiting for. Still I don't know why she'd call Big Bird just 'big.' Are you saying there's a character on Sex and the City named 'Big?'
Are you talking about today's ep? Since you mentioned it I did sort of wonder who that guy was. From a distance, I sort of thought he looked like Bob. I guess it's because I haven't seen Brian in anything lately. I'm wondering if there were any other hidden gems. When Leela said 'I'd even...
I agree. Even though she just appears in one ep per season now, she still remains a very important part of the show. Hopefully she'll recover and continue to be around for a while.
I was wondering the same thing. If they were having a romantic dinner for two, why in the world would they invite Big Bird. If I had a date and an eight-foot bird ended up joining us, the girl would probably freak. Lol. It might be worth checking out the description of that ep on Muppet Wiki.
Yeah. I heard about that. In fact in Jerry's interview, he mentioned that Matt is now doing the puppeteering for the Count, so I'm guessing he'd be next in line there for whenever Jerry retires from the role.
Okay, maybe a bit off-topic here, but that's something I never knew. I knew June was getting up there in years and a recast for Granny might be necessary someday, but I never knew it was because of that. Makes one wonder if Steve had those feelings about somebody else playing Kermit.
I'm...
Yeah. That stuff bothers me too. In fact I once had a minister at church who was against Harry Potter and stuff like that. It seems like people are too judgemental. Plus being a fan of 'Sabrina, the Teenage Wich,' I have reason to take offense there.
I see. It's alright. You don't need to apologize. In fact, I have been curious about that John Kennedy (Disney Cruise Lines) thing but I didn't want to post anything on that because we sort of got over that topic, but since this thread was updated it sort of gave me a chance. Though no one...
Wow! It's weird that we went from an Ernie/Abby interaction topic to a topic about episodes about eviction/management. Oh, well. This stuff had already been shown on MadTV anyway. I guess that's about all we'll get. Lol.
Yeah, but that was just a PWMS thing. Steve still is the official...
Hmmmm. I find it a little strange that this thread got bumped up recently after being dead for a while. I know we closed the 'Kismet the Toad' discussion and I'm not trying to stir up trouble, but while we're talking about this, there is something that I've been curious about. In Muppet Wiki...
Yeah. That's what I was thinking. It's true that they did it in the past, but the reason it's better this season is because it's in every ep. It would be a good sign if they continued going down that path.
I agree with that. I mean they did scrap the idea of airing an ep about divorce. Eviction would be along the same path. Though it does make one wonder how they can afford to pay rent in their apartment and who their landlord is and all that jazz.
Okay. I'm trying to get the connection here. I'd say they're all 'b' words, but how would that 'splain the necktie and the flowerpot? I'm guessing everything the kid had in his shirt had something in common. I'm just not quite sure what.
Okay. I was thinking Eric because he's taken over the majority of Frank's characters. But David Rudman performs CM now, so it's understandable that it would be Joey as Harvey. Thanks for that info.
Yeah. I noticed that they were emphasizing the sign at Hooper's, but I couldn't read it very clearly. Still, I knew they were displaying something there.
I also liked Harvey Kneeslapper's appearance in the 'Tribute to Number 7' ep. Was that Eric peforming him?
Cool. It would be nice to have Bert in a street scene. Knowing Bert, it's probably a maltese pigeon or something.
In answer to the previous question, I can see chemistry between Ernie and Abby. I mean remember the old days, when Cookie Monster used to frustrate Ernie by eating all his...
