Rob Schneider is Elle King's father. All this time, I thought she was Meghan Trainor and Amy Winehouse's secret love child that they tried to abandon in a dumpster behind a tattoo parlor.

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

Oh, I think Quizno's, or whatever they're called, is what you're thinking of - or at least, that's what popped into my mind as soon as you mentioned Baby Bob. But hey, if we're going to rag on shows that were essentially based on commercials, that's a common complaint from those who don't like...

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

I honestly felt like the Geico Cavemen had potential, even before they did have their own "sitcom," but the problem is, as with almost all shows today, was far too much executive meddling and network interference: they had to rework the premise so many times that by the time it went to air, it...

Oh, so in other words, they're not even going to be widely available like Palisades then? Okay, never mind.

    The Chipmunks

I know I've brought this up before, but the recent string of new episodes is really driving it home moreso than ever - I'm starting to feel like ALVINNN is turning into an ED, EDD N EDDY-esque show in that almost all of the supporting characters are just flat-out unlikeable. Aside from the...

    Questions about anything

Okay, seriously, why is the internet so hyped up about the election this year? I'm not talking about people on the internet, I'm talking about the actual internet itself: services like Google, Facebook, and others keep pestering you with pop-ups and notifications urging you to vote, and like . ...

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

Ever notice that when you have two options for a product, they're traditionally color-coded by two colors: red and blue. Take playing cards for instance, what two colors do they usually come in? Red and blue. When Dorito's only came in two flavors - nacho and ranch - what color bags did the two...

What made you roll your eyes today thread?

Well, already, a Republican headquarters in one state was bombed, and a Democratic headquarters in another state had a steaming pile of manuer dumped on them. And haha, I actually noticed that earlier today! Nice!

:sigh: :sigh: :sigh: Now the right is threatening if Drumph loses the election, there will be an Occupy-style protest outside the White House.

Sesame Street Season 48 begins shooting, HBO premiere set for November 2017

I find it strange that they're apparently bringing back a number of classic, old school characters (Biff and Sully, Herry, Simon Soundman, et al) after such a big deal was made about the reduction of Muppets on the show.

Medicom is producing Sesame Street figurines

Why does Medicom sound more like a name for a brand of medical cameras? If they're reasonably sized, I may get these to replace the figures for my model - not that I don't like the Tyco figures I have, but it seems a tad odd for Ernie to be constantly wearing a bathrobe, or Bert to have Bernice...

    Sesame Street Seasons 30-34

I didn't know it was pulled, because it seems like I recall seeing it a few times. And funnily enough, I didn't think it was scary at all, but I guess I can see why it might be unsettling for some.

Sesame Street Season 48 begins shooting, HBO premiere set for November 2017

The voice is okay, but something about the mannerisms and inflexions, to me anyway, have a slight Cookie Monster vibe to them, I think.

    The "You know what?" thread

I ended up finding this video on YouTube, and as someone from the south, I can sadly say that this is pretty much unfortunately a very accurate representation of the south's mentality of racism:

    When you need to RAVE!

There's a silver lining amongst all this chaos: so, Drumph's wife is going around proclaiming that when she's first lady, she will personally put an end cyberbullying . . . and nobody bought into that! Nobody! Everybody was quick to point out that if that's her plan, she should start at home...

    When you need to rant...

Keep in mind though, the Republicans still had control of the House all this time. Perhaps, but look at the many times Trump's businesses went bankrupt.
