Okay. I saw the part with Kermit and Miss Piggy, but I thought that was it so I switched to the ball game. Does anyone have any videos of the parts with Fozzie and Animal?
One thing to keep in mind is that Barkley belonged to Linda who's no longer on the show. Maybe he still lives with her, but she has him visit Sesame Street whenever he needs a dogsitter. Just a little something to think about.
Oh, okay. There was a Maya Angelou post. No wonder my post about that isn't there any more. I guess it got deleted or moved or whatever. Anyway, she was great with her appearances on "Sesame Street" and "Elmo Saves Christmas" and all she's done. She will be deeply missed.
Yeah. I remember Jim's interview with her on "SS: 20 and Still Counting" where she mentioned that when she started doing Sesame Street, she never thought she and Jim would be sitting there 20 years later talking about it. Congrats, Joan.
I wasn't aware Muppet Show Muppets did pledges for PBS, especially considering their show wasn't on PBS, but I agree with ZNS, any uploads on these rare ones would be appreciated.
Yeah. That one's kind of taboo for DVD releases not so much because of Brian's Telly (because they could just have Marty redub the lines there), but because of the "imaginary Snuffy" references. That's something that would probably confuse kids. Still, it's kind of sad that they can't somehow...
Okay. Let me try this.
What is your favortie Sesame Street time period?
Probably the 70s and the 80s
Who is your favorite monster?
It's a tie between Grover and Cookie Monster
What are your favorite SS songs?
Gosh. There are so many. I like "ABC-DEF-GHI," "C is for Cookie," "What's the...
I'm sorry. I still don't recall that. Are you sure you're not thinking of "Stars and Stripes Forever: A 25th Anniversary Celebration?" I remember that one showed flashbacks of Hooper but it wasn't a Christmas special.
Which Christmas special? He was in Christmas Eve on Sesame Street obviously, but I don't recall any after his death that talked about him. They did talk about Hannakauh which Mr. H. celebrated in "Elmo's World: Happy Holidays," but they still didn't directly mention him. I don't know if that's...
<<What if Abelardo from Plaza Sesamo learned how to speak fluent English?>>
I'd actually like to see that. It would be nice for him and Big Bird to meet up again and have an actual conversation. Lol.
I've got one. What if the Muppets had a cameo in "Peabody and Sherman" or vice versa? That...
Yeah. I know what you mean. I'm not all into cursing and that suggestive dialogue, still Kat is a talented actress and they don't have a lot of clean cut shows on TV these days and maybe we could start a separate thread in 'general discussion' on this because we went from talking to SS season 45...
