I like the forum, but I'm not that much of an active member. I head over to Palisades a couple times a week for a few minutes, but most of the figure posts are retreads of what we've been talking about for over a year. LOL! Could it be I'm tired of figure talk and interested in figure action...
Some of the imagery came from Moulin Rouge, but it's been molded with set pieces from the show and mixed with some Photoshop painting.
The screen grabs were cool, but rather crude because they were not DVD quality. Thanks to Phillip for finding them for me. Much work went into cleaning them...
Glad you like this one too. Wasn't sure how Christmassy it was, but it did come from the special. I still wanted Propecia Sam somewhere! Maybe next year.
There are 2 menus left. Both are quite different than the onew that have come before. (And there might be another penguin or two somewhere.);)
What the heck is going to win the Oscar for this year's crop of animated films? Ice Age, Lilo and Stitch, Treasure Planet, Spirit, 8 Crazy Nights and Spirited Away are the only conteders. I've only seen Ice Age. It was fun - I think it might win, but is definitely not Oscar worthy in my eyes...
I know. He looks so huggable. And I thought the limited articulation was going to be a minus, but it really is a plus. He is a beautiful and sturdy figure. I bought one for my nephew this Christmas. I thought Fozzie was the most durable one and it's his favorite character too.
Thanx. I love the figure even more now that he is "cordless". :) He is now my second favorite character so far (Behind Fozzie Bear). I don't know why the pictures of these don't capture the detail and likeness, but Fozzie Bear is as close to perfect as you can get. And these magnetic hats are...
Okay. Here's what I did. I kept my blue Floyd connected, but altered the regular red Floyd. I carefully cut the wire from the amp with an exacto knife so closely that there is no protruding nub. It's great this way because the guitar still looks plugged in. I then curled the wire behind the...
Muley gets a small cage too. That would make it 4! Hmmm...over the rainbow here? Well in the summer months. This time of year it's like night of the living dead!
Okay. I absolutely love these characters and encourage everyone to go out and get them all - especially Floyd, but I do have an issue.
I am having trouble with he permanent connection of the guitar and amp. I had a feeling it would be an issue for me and I'm wondering if I should just cut the...
Well I can't tell you yet! But there are three menus left. We are only half way through them. The last one was completed late last night. Wheew. (Sigh of relief). The next menu will debut later this week. Watch for it! It's got some fun surprises.
I couldn't include Bells of Fraggle Rock...
I got it!!!! Finally.
My favorite figure - Fozzie Bear. From textrure to expressive likeness to magnetic hat he's simply elegant. A++
Second Favorite - Animal (I have already written about him in another thread so I'll keep it breif) The eyelids and mouth are a wonderful touch! The hair...
