That's what a teaser is. Ususally a short to sell the film while it's still in production with the bonus of not shoving out the spoilers until the trailers proper get made.
I'm loving the CGI on this one. It manages to have a nice...welll... this is a Muppet board, and I'm sure that we've...
Like I always say. Disney doesn't just release big name films every year. There's always a quiet family film or two somewhere in the shuffle that costs little, makes little, and doesn't interfere with Pixar or Marvel films. The Muppets would be a great spot for that. It shouldn't be treated...
Somehow I forgot to mention here that it came out last week. I read it immediately, but didn't get around to praising it, and I'll write another review in short order.
Great stuff, an Uncle Matt postcard, and spoilers...
...lost tribe of Doozers with awesome designs.
You guys really outdo...
Yeah, but I'd find it much funnier if they didn't use it in the trailers so much. But gut busting none the less. Mike seems to have a good sense of humor being portrayed as a crazy idiot, and bless him for that. It's not just anyone who would allow something like that. I'm happy he's happy...
You know what I really like? They changed the text from "Hide videos" to, get this... Not interested. Only for you to click that option and have them pop back up next time you visit.
Someone has to tell them what "Not interested" means.
There is one song that makes me long for the spring and summer months of this year when "Because I'm Happy" was being thoroughly worn out by everyone possible, and a while year after it was actually used in a movie.
If I hear "I'm gonna make this place your home" one more time.... Seriously...
This is one of E4ric's first appearances as Guy
He has the speech patterns down, but it seems like his overall performance is stifled and stiff compared to Jim's interpretation.
He has since made the character more Guy Smiley like by only sort of capturing the impersonation. His appearances...
Here's what Henson would have done with the Muppets. Years and years of looking for scripts followed by years and years of saying one of them is in production followed by years and years of waiting for nothing to happen. At the very least, we would have seen one not that great TV special that...
It sucks, but think about it this way. They could have just as easily made it a Planes stage show. Disney does not want to admit that Planes is a weak franchise that no one really likes yet shoved down the public's throat like it was a Frozen level of success, even though it wasn't even a Cars...
I dunno... that seems squeaky clean compared to some of the other reality shows out there.
It's seriously the low price tags and ironic viewers that keep those awful shows going. And usually because cable channels would have nothing else to air otherwise.
They're Star Wars fans. They freak out anytime anything more than a comic book comes out. I'm sure Disney has plans to please classic fans far more than Lucas was when he was in his own little world. I still don't see why him letting go of his own movies and selling them to Disney is met with...
I saw the trailer for it not even a week after his death and it was just a depressing affair to watch. I don't know if Night at the Museum is strong enough to become a trilogy, and I only saw the second because of the Oscar and Vader scene (which was totally worth seeing on the big screen).
Ehhhh... not really because it only made a paltry 38 mil, and that spot was only "stolen" by 2 mil. Sure, it's made more money than some comedies so far this year, but no where near 22 Jump Street's opening. And frankly, that movie was hilarious. Kinda wish I saw the first one when it opened...
Agreed. But the suck would be more that Dumb and Dumber to had a slightly draw this weekend, but the big picture is that it's opening was only slightly better than the second week of the animated film and a good 20 million off its opening. I'm sure Mocking Jay part 1 will trample Dumb and...
Disney Store finally has some original Star Wars merchandising. It amounts to just coffee mugs, T-shirts (something there's no short order of anyway), a few plush (including Ewoks), but especially noteworthy are three of their figurine sets, one for each of the original movies.
It's when I...
It seems they've managed to take in the more iconic imagery for this film. Flying Ace Snoopy, Christmastime, even mentions of the Little Red Headed Girl in the small amount of the film's plot revealed.
New images of the film have surfaced and so far, it looks good. The hair effects are...well.. a little more realistic on certain characters than they should be.
Time has been very kind to Tiny Toons. You realize that it was met with a LOT of vitriol and venom from classic LT fans. I'm glad it found an older audience when it did, though. But some LT fans won't accept anything past the fifties (and with the stuff they made in the 60's, you just can't...
This was a huge improvement over some of the last episodes. I'll admit, they're really pushing the self regulation curriculum, but so far, they've managed to do it mostly funny enough to prevent being blatantly repetitive. Ryan's the new Elmo, and I couldn't be happier. His overly nervous...
