I heard Frank Oz make that complaint, too; and I think it was on the Eve w/ JH and FO tape. I found a happy spot in my throat that it doesn't tear my throat up to do the gruff voices, like Cookie, but I can't explain really where it is...however, it still is a sore spot. I guess it's kind of...

I start with the mouth first, too. Sort of. I carve Muley's muzzle first (top is 2" foam, bottom is 1" foam), apply the mouth plates, red mouth interior, then cover the muzzle with fur which is then sewn to the proper placement on the head.

I got both covers of Issue one and it is REALLY REALLY good!! I hate having to wait for the next book now!!

The Muppet Babies as you know them from the movies are there, but I believe that Rizzo and Pepe were creations by the guru of graphics, Jamie!
