    Ask Ken at Palisades

I so don't believe that. Go to the site and look at their programming. If anything they should stay away from "Spike Lee -type" programming. His films seldom turn a profit until a year or so after they hit video. Way too small of a niche. I still think this is narcissism and self-promotion.

    Trailer for Looney Tunes; BIA

So you're the one that saw that movie. I was wondering who you were. LOL!

Harry Potter and the order of the phoniex

I felt the first film was totally bloated, but the second was longer and still streamlined. It still had some interesting side stories, but most everything drove the plot forward. I can't say that about Sorcerer's Stone. She is quite a strange woman. She doesn't seem much of a people person...

Harry Potter and the order of the phoniex

She is a very odd woman in interviews, but I think that gives her the edge to make such intriguing books. I guess you took it in a negative way. I also think the fact that she is unbending keeps her selling out her vision even though she sold the rights to her books for millions. She's probably...

I sometimes think people mix that up on purpose. I just don't see mixing it up. :grouchy:

    Ask Ken at Palisades

Ren and Stimpy were cross between the South Park and Spongebob of the early to mid 90s. They've never been out of favor, but the show ended with a lot of controversy between the creator and Nick. They were getting all "Disney" on him. Nonetheless, the show has many fans (might actually have more...

    New Muppet Show Update?

It's very cool. However some comments I've read aren't really mistakes. Rather, it's more about the lack of imagination of that particular person. Some of those things just irk me, but others are quite cool. Like these from Little Mermaid. Here's a lame one: In the last scene, where...

site with photos of building/costuming Muppets

I remember the quarter at school when it was looted. It was around finals time and no one could access their final exam online projects. But any self-respecting multimedia major has their own domain. Well, there was only me. :D

Argh! I hate geocities. Why do people still use it?

    Rowlf - is this odd?

Hmmm. I don't know. Is it on the box?

    Rowlf - is this odd?

Davina. All Rowlfs were packaged "palms up". Is this the issue? You can easily twist them palms down. :sympathy: There could have been an error in the manufactuing, but I haven't heard of any Rowlf issues so that seems like the easiest explaination.

    Trailer for Looney Tunes; BIA

I enjoyed Gremlins and the short for Gremlins 2 but hated the film. To me, it kind of made a mockery of the first that I find to be one of the most perfect horror films. I did enjoy the humor in the film, just not applied to the characters. I think it will work wonderfully for the Looney Tunes...

Harry Potter and the order of the phoniex

What do you think of Rowling? She's a very odd, headstrong woman. I guess that's what makes the books such a driving force in global pop culture.

Harry Potter and the order of the phoniex

Um, I'm the one who said that, but I said it to prove the point you made in the first place. That a film should never be exactly like the book. ;)

What's the story with Sesame Park?

It's all very intersting. I do find it disturbing how they hint at deleting all the hispanic characters. I also find it peculiar that the show was canceled this year. Are there any products of the Canadian puppets out there? I'd enjoy seeing them. :p By the way, here's an image link I found...

    Trailer for Looney Tunes; BIA

My guess is that the studio already thinks they have the loyal Looney Tune audience in their pocket so they are making an effort to reach out to a less cartoon-oriented audience. The decision is wise, the delivery wasn't. I never thought Noel Blanc did a very good job at voicing the...

    My Droop

Why does everyone keep calling him a Fraggle character? It's Droop from The Muppet Show. :concern:
