It might be that only Steve, Dave, and Bill are signed to the feature so only they are working on it. I was surprised Sal was not with Jonny. Sal is ALWAYS with Jonny. Jonny is not as funny without Sal and Sal is not as funny without Jonny.
I would like to see Scooter appear. This could...
Cool. I'm glad that feature is still there. There was much concern about it. It was meant to be a surprise, but I am surprised they did not mention it on the card anywhere. I guess they REALLY want it to be a surprise. Imagine how freaked you wouldh ave been if you just flipped off the light...
This weeks wasn't that great. Will Bill always be theo ne to perform the guest character? I like his characters and all, but though in someone else once in awhile please.
do you even realize that Steve is PART of the original muppets? he was on at least 2 season of the Muppet show and was in 2 of the original muppet movies and a number of specials. He IS part of what made the muppets good and he still is part of what makes them good.
You are basically of the...
You are saying a kid driving makes no sense on a show with an 8 foot talking bird, a grouch that lives in a bottomless garbage can with an elephant, and a 4 year old blue monster who bounces from job to job?
No, it is not saying it was not good enough. It is asking if the chemistry would be the same or better or worse. If the performers can stand up to those who came before them.
Geeze, it's just an idea to think about people.
Sesame characters are not needed if they do not present it as a 50th anniversary though. If they just do a orast to honor the frog, that's very different. You don't need to go down the Sesame Road as much as if they did a retrospective.
Personally, if they are doing a roast, Oscar should be...
Actually I thought of something like this too.
I for one would like to see this, but then again I would not like to see this. It's weird. It would be interesting to see how they would do it, but then again I don't want them to redo it. I would like to hear Steve try his hand at Rainbow...
Yeah, they could just do a roast for Kermit's birthday without doing a retrospective. I mean, what really happened in the last 20 years that needs to be added besides stuff that's sad?
Yes, thank God Dave is there to play the character that almost never talks. lol That really does stink when you think about it. Steve and Dave are there to play Lips and Zoot and yet niether characters talk or sing usually. How ironic.
Probably. It probably meant that in 1999 though when they were first sold. I'm sure if Disney asked SW would allowed Big Bird or Grover to show up on a special. Old Kermit skits still show up on Sesame Street and I bet Disnye oculd have them yanked if they wanted.
Well ANY performace of an old character by a new performer will be off. It's just life. It will never seem perfect because it will never be perfect. You just have to accept the chages or never waytch anything new.
Fall release for 2005. So September idealy, but most likely November. Super Grove is available now through the Palsiades Collectors Club though and will be all year long pretty much.
These figures are for ages 8 and up. If your daughter is not 8 and up, watch her and makje sure she stays...
Short story is that it will be available for purchase. long story is this:
The set pieces were originally meant to be split into 4 sections and come with the four figures so that you, the consumer, could assemble them at home. Series one would be Big Bird's doors. Series 2 was to consit of...
Now that is an interesting idea. Using the mini Kermit was a good idea. The idea of a puppet using a puppet is really interesting as well. Kind of like the creation taking over the creator kind of thing going on.
