Most shows start out slow until the niche is gathered and incorporated into the show. Alf seemed a little unsure about things, but I think given the chance it could be successful.
I'm wanting to do a whole Mississippi Delta thing sometime, visit blues sites and the JH sites. Another trip I'd love to take is up the Blues Highway to Chicago, IL, and stop off at different blues clubs and revues! I might consider doing this sometime soon, I think, if I can get my ol' pal...
Muppetsdownunder, I have to have a fan on to drown out other noises; I'm an extraordinarily light sleeper. Needless to say I don't sleep well and never have. When I was little, I bought my first fan at a yard sale of my neighbors, so it's about time it died out on me (I'm 32 now, and it was...
*The bad guys begin to wake up behind the Muppets and their friends, who are unaware of what's going on.*
Glad you're safe, Miss Piggy. As far as an escape plan, one of those Walt Disney World buses is coming to get us, thanks to Mickey for calling them on his celphone!
*The bad guys both...
Back that up. Where's Ken's quote, or anybody else at Palisades' quote, regarding this?
I think it's doing better than you think it is, especially for a franchise like the Muppets, which is definitely designated to a collectors' market.
Those characters which appear in that header are the ones originally performed by Dave, not any that he took over for later. Dave's responsible for the creation of the personality of the characters shown. That's the difference.
He is awesome with Waldorf!
Great Birthday wishes to a great performer! He's absolutely one of the nicest guys you could meet, and very friendly, too! Definitely deserves a great birthday holiday!
That's Jamie's work, he's the guy that did all of the headers and heads of Muppet Central, and a ton of graphics for the site. He's an incredible artist, and much missed around here (Frogboy4).
YAY!! I hope you're safe on that trip and get to see lots of great Muppety stuff while you're there, most including Janice! Oh, and see Muppets 3D like 4 times to get all the full effect of the thing, fer sure!
Rully!
I'm in a fret. The bank didn't post my check yesterday, so it won't go through until 2 today. I possibly won't be able to go to the store until tomorrow now. :(
I'll try to go during my work day if I can convince the boss I need to go on a secret mission errand.
How do they DO THAT?!
*A voice is heard in the darkness of the tavern as a new door is slammed shut behind the Muppets, trapping them all, including Garfield and Wile E Coyote, in the bar.*
*Notices Piggy on the otherside of a glass pane wall when he squints and focuses; nudges Sweetums.*...
OOHHHHHH, my end...
Thanks, gang. Today is a MUCH better day! I feel 100% better than I could imagine I would feel this time last week. I feel so good now that I think I deserve a blue ribbon! HA HA!!
Glad my demise could serve to make someone else feel better, too.
BTW: Fraggles and Sesame would be AWESOME!! I would think, though, that the Big Thing he's talking about would be TMS related. Travis said we'd met during MuppetFest (I have bad memory), so I know he's a huge Muppet Fan already (that was even prior to his employment with Palisades) and is why...
A company called Exclusive Premiere made 10" dolls of classic movie personalities and comedians, ranging from George Burns early, and later, in his career, including characters from The Honeymooners, Beverly Hillbillies, Gilligans Island, The Munsters, and more. The company lasted for a few...
The Muppet Theater is about all I could imagine. We have all discussed that as the last playset option ever before the line ends, which is the end of next year (but, I hope it WON'T end).
